One thing that is consistent is their poor customer service in the pro shop!
Sloppy grounds...no sand in bunkers, grass cut too close to ground causing muddy conditions and always getting irregular bounces from concrete soil!
This course has been sliding downhill over the last 6 months and now is a close match to the lack of talent that they have staffing the pro shop.
Staff let me go out as a single first off, played all 18 holes in less than two hours. Course in pretty good shape, a few wet and bare spots, played the ball down all morning. greens were in great shape.
course was still muddy after raining days before
Doesn't drain well and still cart path only and still standing water in areas and alot of muddy lies.Course looks like in summer it could be relatively fun if grass was well taken care of.Some interesting holes but some of the members that were playing were very rude and acted like they could just do anything regardless of the rules like driving on the course regardless of the cart path only rule,hit up on us even know we were waiting for the group in front of us just rude people I wouldn't even like to interact with.....NO CLASS
Course Value
Course is not a $55-$70 course. They are capitalizing on COVID- What used to be $40 is now $55
Hidden Gem
If you’re looking to play a fun 9, this is The course. We’ve been here twice in the last month and it’s been in great shape. Pretty wide open but does have its nuances that you need to learn, like the lake on 3. It’s not inexpensive to play as there are a lot more reasonably priced 9’s around. Pace of Play has been fine.
Round on 11/9 @ Timber Creek
I always enjoy playing on this course since it's consistently in good shape. I paid $37 for the round which was a bargain. Look forward to potentially joining the club and playing many more rounds at Timber Creek.
Slow group Gonzalez
The group in front of us where a hole behind and they keep hitting multiple balls. Ranger did not make them pick up. My fault I should have called the pro shop while standing around waiting for them. I will next time. One guy was obviously a beginning but others Gonzalez was a member and should know better. It getting cold later in the day didn't help. We finally decided to pass them, and skip the 17th hole. We couln't take it any longer.
Great conditions
Course was in good shape. Tee boxes, greens, & fairways were all really good. Probably one of the best conditions right now along with Turkey Creek, Auburn Valley and The Ridge..
Great place to play
Course was in great condition after a long hot summer. Fun and challenging layout depending on what tee's you play from
