Tecolote Canyon Golf Course

I'm a pga golfer thats played this course countless times the layout is a secret gem in san diego. The greens are unputtable. Many good putts will slide off the green. The fairways are in horrendous condition and the service is mediocre at best. For such a short course rounds take 4 hours and the ranger does not make sure waits are minimized. If the course was a patient he would be put in the ICU very nearly dead

Greens were fast and in decent shape. Everything else was dirty and old. Needs some TLC.

The staff were not welcoming, maintenance men throughout the course were rude. The course conditions were incredibly poor. There were no directional signs as to where the next hole is. Overall, a very bad experience. Do not recommend coming here.

It was a pleasant Experience not only the pace of play but the staff and players. It’sa small community. If you go play it, be off added value to the environment.

A few tricky holes. Lots of 110-130 yard par threes. Enjoyed the round, only wish there were a few more chances to hit driver.

Get a new ranger.I was playing with my friend A female And the Ranger kept watching us on every hole. I asked him why he was watching us he was making my partner nervous as she is just a beginning golfer. He indicated that she should not be on the golf course but learning how to golf on the range. I told him he was crazy this is an executive course and then excellent way for beginners to learn how to golf. We were not holding anybody up Playing at a normal pace. This ranger should not be employed. On this golf course

It was a delight. I chose Tecalote Canyon because my friend is a beginning golfer and the chance to use all your clubs without the pressure of neighborhood homes was appealing. The day was great, the greens tough although good conditioned. We found both challenges and success. Great day.

Easily the worst kept course I’ve ever played. Fairways were dirt and weeds. Tee boxes are uneven and a few didn’t even have markers of where you are supposed to tee off. Super overpriced for what it is. Shouldn’t be a penny over $15 for this garbage.

Fun Sunday course. Walked it in 3 hours/3 miles. Conditions as good as it's ever been, for the most part.

Solid course, friendly staff, great pace of play.

Mostly PAR 3s, with narrow fairways, and good size greens.

Only one bathroom on the course, one port-a-John that was not very well serviced. Not a big deal but an easy fix/upgrade.

Would play again.

Small, but fun and challenging. Lost a lot of balls, but that is why they sell by the dozen.
