Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club

It’s a fun course, overall open, but of course Jack always does a sand trap in the middle with a lot of water. Nobody was playing which made the round super fun to just rip right through it. It’s a new development and since it’s so far to get to you will not have an issue with pay play.

Played Sterling grove for the first time. Course layout is amazing. Greens were just sanded but the course did let us know that. Will be back when the greens are back to normal. But overlay a wonderful course and top notch facitly .

First time playing this course. Greens were just aerated I believe two days before, so that wreaked havoc on my score. Pretty cool course. Hot as heck. Lots of bunkers.

Second time playing this course. Got a good HotDeal price. Course is in really good shape considering the heat. Greens were recently punched and sanded, which I wasn't aware of until arriving.

The layout is fun. Some of the par 4s are on the short side, but lots of risks in trying to drive it close.

A good choice if the price is reasonable.

I really enjoyed playing this course. The greens and fairways were very well kept as well as the bunkers. The greens are very tricky on this course so don't expect to score well unless you're good enough to hit the correct spots on the greens. Three putts are not uncommon. I happened to play very well that day and shot four over with three 3 putts. I'm a 4.2 handicap and played the blue/ black combo tees.

I watched 18 holes out there yesterday in hundred degree heat. I would not recommend doing this. From the green to the Teebox is on some of the holes was too far of a stretch. The fairways are very forgiving, because the roof is basically an extended fairway. Manicured low, easy to hit shots from missed fairways. Here’s where we get to miniature golf. The greens are insanely undulated, with bowls in the greens. I feel the greens need to be redone. Basically every putt, you were putting on a roller coaster ride. This could be a wonderful golf track, if they were to fix the greens. Also, build up the rough a little bit. I had a twosome, a single, and then a twosome playing in front of me. I was a single and walking. I had to wait on every shot. On some holes I was waiting from 5 to 10 minutes. It was ridiculous. Would I play this course again, yes. I would not pay full price. I would get the best price to play this course again!

First time playing here. Very wide fairways and challenging greens. Need to be on the correct level of the greens to eliminate 3 putts. I only had two 3 putts, very fortunate. Need to play a few times to know where to come into the greens from the fairway. Also need to know where to put the ball on greens to avoid runoff and false fronts. I loved everything about this course.
