Really just the greens need work. For the most part the back 9 greens were solid. However the front 9 were bad.

Best staff at any course I have ever been to challenging course
Great time
Get all your greens looking like 14,15,16,17,18 and I would play here alot more.
Greens were in poor condition but they were working on the problem
Improving
Greens are in repair
Mode. Sanded heavily in means difficult putting experience, but the trade off is better putting surface in the future. Drainage on fairways has been improved and better fairway conditions are the result. Tee boxes are in good condition as well as bunkers.
Lost their greens
They have totally lost most of their greens and there were five kids on a red golf cart terrorizing the place. We were on the practice tee and kids were driving around practice tee with stereo blasting, playing 9 they were at edge of driving range making plenty of noise but here is the best. We teed off 10 and the kids came driving up and one jumps off cart and just tees off. We asked what are you doing and they said playing through. I went to pro shop and they said they would try and have someone check on it.
Tees are good
Greens are sanded and hopefully in a month or so will be in good shape. Fairways are watered and green.
Bunkers are sanded and raked.
Okay course for the money.
Most of the greens were under repair on the front side and I was stuck behind a couple of groups that were playing very slow and they would not let me play through. The gentleman in the pro shop was awesome and explained the course layout very well. For the price, I would play it again.

Had a great time, as always. The greens were under a great deal of stress. Hope they come to life soon.
Issues that could be resolved
This course is nestled within a large housing development with beautiful homes. Our guess would be that not a lot of home owners are members as this course is in need of some TLC. The greens on the front nine were almost to the point of being unplayable. We haven’t had any substantial rain in more than a week yet there was water laying on almost every hole. The layout was nice, the staff was friendly, the carts were new. There was no food other than snacks available. Now I remember why we haven’t played it in 5 years.
Playable, but....
I played this course early Spring and was not impressed but I figured heck, it's mid winter and the grass is not growing yet. Well, went back today and while the fairways were "ok", the greens were not good at all. Most of the greens were very uneven and did not provide a smooth putting surface rather, the ball hopped around on a moderate length putt.
A few of the greens were completely sand, no grass and looked like they had undergone total sod removal and sand refilling. Couldn't even call them a "green". more like a "beach".
I won't come back to play this course again if and until the grounds keeping improves a lot.
Very dissappointing.
Cart Paths
Cart Paths need a lot off fixing!! Greens could also be BETTER....

Great place to play. As with most courses, some greens a little rough right now. Maybe 8. Other wise course in great shape
Friendly Staff and Gets Better Each Time
Overall it’s a great course but due to upgrading the greens and draining, it’s a little rough. Still a fun course to play and deceptively challenging.
Staff is friendly and engaging they made my 6 year olds first experience even more memorable.
