The course was closed
I booked and get to the course and it was closed! So it was frustrating I thought the courses could turn off their availability to be booked! Nothing more frustrating than driving 45 minutes to find a course closed!
Course
Very wet, there are some drainage issues that it looks like the staff is working to address. Greens were nice
Drainage
There are several holes that are in serious need of a drainage redesign. We almost called it a day after the first two holes being a sloppy mess. The potential of this course to be very nice exists but it will need some significant investment.
Average
Course conditions were bad. Lots of soft spots and muddy. Layout was fine. No drainage. Greens were hard and fast very little breaks, challenging.
Good Course for the money
Course is fun to play. My wife and I enjoy this course. Fairways were in fair shape. Wet in spots due to recent rain. Greens also in fair condition. Some bare spots. Ground work on 12th hole that makes it about impossible to play.
Course met expectations
Course was in good overall condition. There were a couple holes that were having drainage systems installed but that didn't pose a big problem. Some of the greens were in great shape.
Georgia Gem
Great course for the money couple holes under construction but other than that great layout friendly staff if im back down south will definitely play again..
Lost ball
Some fairways were still under repair. Don’t like courses where a ball rolls off the fairway 1 foot and is not findable.
Hoosier boy
Had a nice time cold and windy but still a nice place
Fun course to play
Playing Lost Plantation was great Good layout hope to play again soon.
Good course for average golfers.
The course was in good condition. Fairways in descent shape. Greens in good condition had some sand on them but was not a problem. Great course for the money.
Improving
The course is improving and you can tell that there is work being put into it. Keep it up.
Nice course
Nice course to play. In pretty good shape except for most greens. Lots of bare spots on greens and some weeds, made for some bumpy puts. Other than the greens needing work liked the course.
Lack of control
Very busy course as is to be expected. But people seemed to have the choice to tee off 1 or 10. When you get cut by slow groups just teeing off on the turn it makes for a long day.
Fun
Course has come along ways and is lots of fun. Would benefit with a starter. Multiple groups showed up late or didn’t play in their tee time throwing off everyone else’s time

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We have actually started a massive drainage project that had to begin with hole #12 because the biggest issues are there. We were aware that the first few holes were wet after the recent rain, but decided to open the front for the golfers since most of the water was on the cart path. We have definitely been excited about the projects that we are doing, but it takes time, and unfortunately makes some areas worse before they get better.
