About
Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort offers 27 holes of golf that are interlaced with the stands of majestic live oaks that form ribbons across the landscape. The holes are divided into three nines that are played in different 18-hole combinations. Named after the densely forested landscape, the Tall Pines/Great Oaks combination will test your accuracy. In addition to the trees, sparkling blue lagoons are situated throughout the course and they provide more than just scenic respite. Golfers should be prepared for some tricky forced carries. There are some challenging holes at Sea Palms but overall, its playability is what makes it popular amongst all skill levels. There is also a practice area with a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Much Improved!
I've played here a number if times in past years, but this was the first time since it was re-worked. One if the original three 9 hole courses was abandoned and the remaining two have been greatly improved. Fairways are not as thin as before and the greens are in much better shape. Many bunkers have been taken out and the golf carts are of much better quality.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be returning
Great Day at Sea Palms
We had a great round of golf at Sea Palms. Weather was a little warm but there was a breeze. Even though there was a aeration alert on your site we thought the greens were good and putted very well. Staff was welcoming and Friendly. Highly recommend this course.
Potential unmet
This course has the opportunity to be something wonderful, but unfortunately there is so much left to be desired. The staff is great, golf carts and service are excellent. The course was not in great shape, and it looked like greens were recently aerated. Unfortunately, the cost of the course didn’t match to the quality. Much higher quality courses within a short drive for similar prices.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to play as a twosome with a great pace of play. Course was in very good condition and was a good challenge from the back tees, especially the Par 3’s.
We got a really good deal via GolfNow, but I would play here again at its regular fee too.
Great layout
A beautiful and well-maintained course that offers its fair share of fun yet challenging shots.

I’ve had the pleasure to play Sea Palms many times on trips to St Simons. The course is always in great shape with Friendly staff and great golf you can’t go wrong

Nice course with SSI location but next to road and asking for large $$ for average course.
Greens were bad
After the recent renovation, the greens were excellent. Yesterday, though, they were substandard. They were very thin, areas around holes overused, 1nd recent fertilization with large granules. Hope they fix this soon.
Great Course on St Simone Island
Just a gorgeous course and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for visitors who want to take in a round on this beautiful island in GA
