Los Robles Greens Golf Course
About
Nestled in the foothills of the Conejo Valley, Los Robles Greens Golf Course is less than 40 miles from L.A. but feels much further thanks to the beautiful mountain surroundings. It sits at 900 feet above sea level and tumbles across a variety of elevation changes. The towering, mature oaks that line the fairways characterize the course. The diverse layout offers both wide and narrow fairways, water hazards, and thick cuts of rough. The undulating greens are also lightning fast. The course is a fair challenge but still gentle enough to appeal to a range of skill levels. Although it is a public golf course, the beautiful setting and excellent course conditions gives Los Robles Greens the feel of a private club, which makes it a great value for the price.

Great Value course, old school trees
I have used the practice facilities on this course before and enjoyed it. The course itself was very tree lined, moderate difficulty. A playing partner who plays regularly called it a "feel good" course in that you can score well. However, undulations on the greens, trees, elevation changes and somewhat sneaky length not reflected in the yardage makes this a fun course to play. Walk as it is almost embarrassing not to on this course.
A great day on the Course
I had a great day of golf. The weather was much cooler than the SFV which made for a enjoyable round of golf. The course was in great condition.
Great condition course like a private
the course is well taken care of and is probably the best public course in the area.
Love Los Robles
Always have an enjoyable experience here. Challenging but forgiving, lots of variety, scenic.
Los Robles...great fun!!!!
he course was great. Great staff...great cart girl...great weather and challenging holes and scenic.
good day in LA
Drove up from Temecula area for weekend and had a surprisingly great round of golf here...overall conditions were good, starter was super friendly and left there knowing I'll come back.
Greens were a bit firm, not in a bad way, but that's to be expected in this drought time...roll true and fun.
Los Robles Golf Course
The course is good shape. The fairways and greens are still green even though they are cutting back on water usage. I enjoy playing golf at Los Robles .
First time player
This was my first time playing this course and I was quite pleased with my experience. I would certainly play it again and surely recommend it to everyone I know. I really liked the different challenge that this course gave me compared to other courses. I look forward to playing this course many more times in the future.
Avoid Fridays
Apparently every Friday, the course allows something called "Pod Play." We were not told of this and it took about 1 hour to get through the first three holes, before we decided to skip some holes to pick up the pace.
Being forced to double up in cart with stranger
The policy you have of forcing a person playing as a single to double up in a cart with a complete stranger is very annoying. I have never encountered that anywhere
Thank you

Staff Rude
The staff (other then Pro Shop) was extremely rude. Servers over looked us for their regulars, and we waited to pay for over 15 minutes. Starter was the worst, treated us like we were there to amuse him.
Forced pairing and no customer service skills at all! Players playing in cut offs and bathing suits, Tank tops etc... No code or quality control. Rest rooms on the course were filthy, will not return! Go to Westlake or Tierra Rejada for your quality golf!
Fast greens
Enjoyed friendly staff. Challenging. I'll be back!
Great course close to home
It's been a while since I played here and was reminded quickly why I enjoy it so much. A great layout with some of the friendliest staff in the county. Although a little on the slow side, the greens held well, rolled nicely and were overall in great shape. The fairways lately could use a little love but I have to attribute that to the dry conditions in the state and a water conscious turf management program. Overall it's one of my favorite courses with a few very reachable par 4s and 5s.
Great shape
Seeing how there's a drought going on i was impressed with the well kept fairways and greens a lot of the courses in the valley are dry out which makes for bad lies.
Fright has definitely affected this course
Apart from the relatively poor course condition, there are flying balls everywhere. Too many holes side by side.
short maker's couse in westlake
over-all short golf couse but not so many par 5 which is not good score making. good lengs par 4 make very good iron play olny fun.
Fun to Play
This was a fun course to play; high handicappers continually hitting into your fairway; carts are equipped with nice and useable computerized features.
ALL AROUND NICE COURSE !!
Greens were in absolutely perfect shape. Manicured beautifully. Large fairways and very scenic. Might be my favorite course in Ventura County!
Great bang for the buck!
The course is in good shape and green are excellent. The flag placements made it difficult depending what side of the stick you were on. Lots of breaks. If you can find a tee time with the courses best rate, take it. The golf cart has the best navigation system I've seen on any course. The downside of play was not the course, but Mother Nature. There was light rain most of the day, but it never affected play. I'm going to play the course more often and the staff was great.
