About
Nestled in the foothills of the Conejo Valley, Los Robles Greens Golf Course is less than 40 miles from L.A. but feels much further thanks to the beautiful mountain surroundings. It sits at 900 feet above sea level and tumbles across a variety of elevation changes. The towering, mature oaks that line the fairways characterize the course. The diverse layout offers both wide and narrow fairways, water hazards, and thick cuts of rough. The undulating greens are also lightning fast. The course is a fair challenge but still gentle enough to appeal to a range of skill levels. Although it is a public golf course, the beautiful setting and excellent course conditions gives Los Robles Greens the feel of a private club, which makes it a great value for the price.

Great Course
Found most of the construction to be complete. Great course to play

nice layout
was recomended by locals, from club house to course great layout, fast and firm, was doing some landscaping when played when finished should be an excellant course to be playing --- highly recomend this course for any traveling golfer.

Course is under going some changes; new sandtraps, irrigation improvements, etc. The fairway needs to reconditioned
Construction mud
I haven't played the course since last summer. The drought then the rain was not a good combination. A lot of mud in the middle of fairways from carts crushing the wet grass. There is quite a bit a irrigation construction and development. Not the best conditions but it will certainly be looking good for spring/summer
Great public course
This course is well kept and fun. Has a handful of challenging holes and greens.
Good value, nice layout
I've always like this course. Short and not that tough but the greens can make it challenging. 4 1/2 hour round on a Thursday early afternoon is o.k. The par 3 on hole 5 always backs up.
Surprisingly good layout but pace of play issues
It took nearly 5 hours to play on Saturday afternoon. The Marshall was extremely nice, but I think a heavier hand is needed to force a better pace of play. Such a short course should be played in 4 hours, regardless of time of day. I have been waiting for a Golf Now deal to work with my schedule because I think the regular rates are simply too high for the course, particularly with the pace of play issues. With the discount, it was a good value.
Best course in the area for the money
Great course, love playing here. Close to the US 101 and fun city course. Golf course is kept in such good condition.
Great Deal on GolfNow
Grabbed a $25 10:48am tee time! Fee included a cart but I chose to walk as I always do at this course. 2hrs for the front 9 and 2.5 hrs for the back. Tee boxes were in bad shape but they are under repair. Excellent beverage cart service as always. Staff are always friendly and courteous.
Greens are in great shape
The greens are the best I have seen them. Fairways are good. The tee boxes need some work. Overall

I always like this course I normally played it during the week. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant as well as the marshal. I will definitely recommend this to people.
Fun Course
This course is one of the best in Ventura County. The fairways are well maintained considering the drought. I always see greenskeeper no matter what time of day. The only downside of the course conditions is towards the end of the day the greens are bumpy from footsteps and pitch marks. In the morning they are the best greens I have played on. If you are willing to play a 4.5+ hour round this course is well worth it. Try to play as a solo and you may be able to play through a couple groups and it will reduce your time out there.
Great course
Had a great time at the course. How can you not. Only drawback was that is was incredibly hot that day. They were nice enough to let us start early, however, there was a foursome ahead of us that slowed the play down. ALOT! Took 5 hours and 20 minutes to get through 18. We'll be back though. Great price through Golf Now.

Saturday afternoon event
Play was a little slow. The Marshalls tried to help, they found a group that was holding up the parade. There seems to be a team event on Saturday afternoon that results in lots of carts randomly moving around the course. I have seen these at private clubs, never at a public course. Avoid Saturday afternoon.

Great Value course, old school trees
I have used the practice facilities on this course before and enjoyed it. The course itself was very tree lined, moderate difficulty. A playing partner who plays regularly called it a "feel good" course in that you can score well. However, undulations on the greens, trees, elevation changes and somewhat sneaky length not reflected in the yardage makes this a fun course to play. Walk as it is almost embarrassing not to on this course.
