Los Robles Greens Golf Course
About
Nestled in the foothills of the Conejo Valley, Los Robles Greens Golf Course is less than 40 miles from L.A. but feels much further thanks to the beautiful mountain surroundings. It sits at 900 feet above sea level and tumbles across a variety of elevation changes. The towering, mature oaks that line the fairways characterize the course. The diverse layout offers both wide and narrow fairways, water hazards, and thick cuts of rough. The undulating greens are also lightning fast. The course is a fair challenge but still gentle enough to appeal to a range of skill levels. Although it is a public golf course, the beautiful setting and excellent course conditions gives Los Robles Greens the feel of a private club, which makes it a great value for the price.

The course was more like a 31/2 stars. The pro shop attendant was not as attentive as we would have liked, but the starter was terrific and friend.
The course is beautiful with lots of memorable holes
Very Nice course
Just what we were looking for on the 4th of July. Not crowded played 18 holes in about 3:45 Hrs. 2 of us with a Cart.
Pleased to get an early time and pace of play was good all day
All three of us enjoyed the experience and the course was generally in good shape. They need a few more signs showing the next tee and reduce the number of "helpful" comments on the cart GPS. Got to be annoying within a short time.
Nice course in the area.
Nice course with a pretty view in the area. The green was very slow and bumpy. Wonder how often they cut the grass in the green. Would be nicer if they pay little attention on the green maintenance.
Slow
The course is in very good shape but the pace of play was extremely slow, a post 5 hour round. I have played here before and it seems to always be slow. Staff may want to think about how to help speed up pace of play.
Greens in great shape!
We used Golfnow and got an unheard of rate. $29. each for 2. ($58) The course is in good condition now and the greens in excellent condition. The pace of play was fast. The course has many interesting holes and some of the Old California Oaks make it interesting. The only negative is the sound of the nearby freeway. You forget that after about 3 holes!
Good Course for the $
Course is in great condition, if you get there before 3pm pace of play is good for a friday. Cant beat $35 for 18holes w/GPS & Cart. GPS hole placement was a bit ofrf, sometimes showing the stick in the middle of the green when it was in the back. Fairways and greens in great condition.
Very Good
The new placements on the tee boxes has made the blue tees box more challanging. The tenth hole should now be designated a Par 5.
great track for shot and course management skills.very good greens
the course Should let people booking tee times around the time they have tournament know that their will be a tournament which would affect the pace of play and not have people waiting for 15-20 minutes on every tee box
See below
Pace of play has been a problem. Yesterday, I called from hole 15 to request a marshall, but no one showed up. It took us 5 hours and the guests I invited are reluctant to play here again.
Pace of Play
The pace of play continues to be an issue. There are too many foursomes with poor golfers who don't move along and don't understand ready golf. Course needs to get players to be by their balls and ready to hit as the group in front moves on. Just not happy with the lack of course supervision to move the groups faster. It only takes 1-2 poor groups to jam up the entire course.
Fun Course, One of the easier courses in the area
I've played Los Robles about 5 times now. The greens have always been in great condition. The fairways are ok - alive but quite hard. Rough doesn't really exist - it's just a little longer than the fairway and doesn't really affect your shots.
The course is fun to play. Most holes are flat and straight with fairly wide fairways, but a few give some nice elevation changes and require a bit more precision with your shots. It's one of those courses where the holes all line each other so if you shank a shot, you can still play it from the other fairway (and of course you always get people in your fairway playing their shots too).
The course isn't "easy", but it's easier than several of those nearby with similar prices (ie Tierra Rejada, Rustic Canyon).
If you go here, you'll enjoy yourself. The people running the course have never been anything but extremely nice and accommodating.
Rate of Play = Poor
Rate of play is pretty slow on this course. I have played this course 5 times and never finished a round in under 4.5 hours. This most recent trip was over a 5 hour round.
The course is great, but they should really spread the tee times out because you do tend to get a lot of slower golfers on this course.
Good course played at snails pace
Fairways and greens in great condition. Primary problem, it was so slow. Lets play ready golf. Don't take five or six practice swings on every shot or discuss the break for your putt for five minutes. Take your shot, make the putt and get a move on!
Beautiful course in great condition - awesome greens
Played early friday morning 7:30
no waiting we played as 3 some,
the club house and golf shop very nice
the course is well maintained with large greens that are really nice and fast and true.
Great course , with lot of variation of holes
2 of par 5's are less than 500yds but fun to play.
nice fun course
plus only $25 due to golfnow!
course is great
super excellent i regimented the curse too the friends and families
Best maintained course in the area!!
Wonderful course, best I've played in Ventura county by far. Fairways are in wonderful shape, and there is a noticible difference between the fairway and rough. Have to be accurate off the tee because most holes are narrow, but they open up some on the back nine. Greens are in great shape, most are fast although it seemed a couple were much slower. Regardless, great looking course, beautifully maintained and a wonderful value for the price!
Best looking course in the area!!
Really good looking course and the best maintained that I've played in Ventura county so far. Fairways are in great condition and there is a noticible difference between the fairway and rough. Greens are in perfect shape and fast. Fairways are narrow and you have to be accurate off the tee, but they open up some on the back nine. Tee boxes are usually in very good shape and not really torn up, even the par 3's. Great course and an even better deal for the price.
What a fantastic course!
This was my first time playing here, and my experience was great. This course definitely gives you the feeling of a private club course at public course prices. From the green fees, to the club house food prices, this place is spot on. The course is challenging enough for mid handicappers and it will give high handicaps a run for their money. I will be playing here more often. Great job Los Robles!
Fairways are beautiful. Greens are not consistent though.
Every once in a while a green will go from super fast to snail slow. I think 7 was one of them. The rest play fairly fast.
