Hiddenbrooke Golf Club

Took nearly 5 hours to complete the round. Quick greens.

Hiddenbrooke is a fun layout. The tee boxes were fine, the greens were awesome. Many of the fairways were pretty thin and will probably get burnt out as the summer wears on. We played as a twosome and only saw 3 other groups all day. It was like a country club that we had all to ourselves. All in all for the cost it was a fun time.

Very windy on multiple holes and the stims on the greens caused it to be very challenging. However, staff were accommodating, and very feasible twilight rates. Also, there are nice views, and fairways are nicely managed.

Booked two groups and we all really enjoyed it. Fantastic value for money. Very hilly - you wouldn’t want to walk it but in carts it was fine.

Almost all good and definitely recommended. The only downside was some hard pack in some of the bunkers which resulted in the club skipping into the ball and sending it flying over the green. On the other hand, the greens were exceptionally smooth and fast which I enjoy. Very challenging and the ball rolls true.

I've played twice recently after not playing there in years because of the condition of the greens. They had diseased patches in the past, but those have been rectified. With the GN deal, it was a bargain to play. Last time, we had to wait in tees due to a slow group 3 holes ahead. This time, it was very open in the late afternoon so we breezed through. Staff was very accommodating since we were literally parked on the bridge for 20 minutes due to an accident. Course is tough because of the fairways and rough sloping into hazards. Lots of nature (jack rabbits, squirrels, deer, wild turkeys, and various birds) to see.

The course was generally in good condition; but the pace of play was extremely slow. Playing as a single, no one asked me to play through except 3 ladies, made the wait unbearable. I quit after 13 holes.

Horrible pace Marshall didn’t do a thing to the group holding th whole course up and they don’t honor the youth on course

Love this course. Challenging with a lot of variety. Value wise you can’t beat it. Staff is very nice. Multiple holes look like they could be signature holes. Club selection is key to stay out of trouble.

This is a somewhat challenging course. Need to find fairway on every hole. I enjoy playing this course. Hope to re-visit this course soon.,

Keep it under the wind and hit the fairway you'll get bounce with run out like a wabbit..
