Always enjoyed this course, even more so after the shut down. Course is in great shape and as challenging as ever. Greens rolled ture and fast, play slowed in the back nine due to hackers spending lots of time looking for lost balls. Otherwise enjoyable track in very good condition.

After all this time closed you would expect the course to be in at least half way decent shape. It is not. What they will not tell you before they take your full price money, is that they removed the flags entirely. While I can understand raising the cups (you hole out when you hit the plastic) removing the flags entirely is assinine. You have do idea where to flight your approaches and most other courses that are open just tell you not to touch the flags.

As bad as that is, the conditions are terrible. It's like nobody was taking care of this course when it was closed for 10 weeks. Tee boxes are as bad as ever and the overgrowth is thigh high or worse. The rough in many spots (long on the party 3 15th) is ridiculous.

Someone should have warned you before you drive an hour to get there. And now, I have. It's not even close to COVID golf. All you're hitting to is a one foot paint can basically.

1st timer. Course in great condition, definitely need course knowledge to play well here. Lots of variety uphill, downhill.

Perfect weather, near perfect greens, perfect pace of play, perfect service, and a few "nearly perfect" shots....all with a good friend, made for a perfect day.

The course has its challenges but overall was a pleasure to explore and play

Great track, Great price but it was a little muddy. Expected this time of year.

My son and I haven’t been here for a while, they are do some repair and it’s getting better. Had fun in the fog couldn’t hardly see the ball.

This is a great course but the pace of play was terrible..We teed off at 745 am and waiited on every hole..The ranger was no help in speeding up the one group that was holding up the entire course..I quit after nine holes!!

I've played this course several times this year and find it to be a challenging layout. If you don't keep your ball near the fairway, you'll find trouble on a majority of holes. I enjoy the challenge it provides, there are only a few holes you will find easy to play.

I love this course and the design set-up by Mr. Palmer. The course starts off very easy with holes that allow a lot of leeway to the right, allowing slicers or golfers with accurate shots to miss. This switches as you head to the ninth as the backside begins to force you to move the ball right to left along with many difficult approach shots that you have to place faith in your club.

The back nine starting at the thirteenth hole is an amazing experience and that front nine features a few drivable par fours.

I really enjoyed this course as I am prepping for Bandon Dunes, and despite bad driver play, I felt this course gave me ample experience with a slope rating 138. I will definitely be back and am excited to play it again.

the golf course was closed due to power-shujtoff by pg&e, and i found it out after driving for more than 30 minutes and a toll of $6.0! it would be nice to get a notice ahead of time! also i was charged on time even though i did not play! and tried to find a way to contact golfNow, and there is no place from the website to do that! and the 1800 number is a line busy forever!
