My buddy and me met two incredibly cool people and we all had a great round. I hope we run into them again. The course was in great shape and the greens were incredible.

Great value
This was our first time on this course and we enjoyed it. We are from the Midwest and not used to the hillinesss of these western courses so it was a bit challenging at times. Scenery was fantastic and the course condition was very good especially the greens. The golf now hot deal offer was well worth it and we would definitely come here again if we were ever in the area.

bunkers & hot dogs
Had no problems with the course, but with no sand to speak of in the bunkers & $7.00 for a tiny little hot dog, it's kind of hard to recommend this course to a friend.

Interesting Layout, Great Views, Reasonable Condition
I play this course when in the Bay Area because of its convenient location. It's best attribute are the views of the Bay Area from the higher elevation holes. The layout (East Course) is plenty challenging and interesting. There are many challenging risk/reward holes. The condition is just average, but good enough. Fairways and traps not perfect, but good enough. Greens putt nicely. I find it to be a pleasant place to play. Last round the pace of play was very slow (mid-day Saturday). Other than that an enjoyable experience.

don,t go to the beach
The course was in good shape except for the bunkers!
There was standing water in some of them. Most were very damp and hard. Those that were dry were like concrete! They have not had fresh sand in years! Very difficult to hit out of!!!

The course rewards you if you’re in the fairway.
Was pretty good day for golfing after 2:00 PM. No wait on all 18 holes

Uncouth
I don’t really understand how this course charges money for people to play off this garbage heap. Imagine a sea of rolling hills covered side to side in the thickest most disgusting crab grass that you can imagine. The shot that you have played for years and have built your game around is now worthless as you as you hack your way around the course. I’m physically ill writing this so I have to stop. Good luck.

Scenic course with elevated tees
Par 3s 4 of the 5 requires carry to small greens. Challenging course from blue tees.

They oversold carts to a private tournament.
No carts available at 445….for a 5pm tee time……it seems like everytime i play this course something is wrong. Either the range is closed without notice, there are no carts, random ppl playing the east without tee times, terrible pace of play. I left without playing, didnt get a refund.
If you want a headache donate your money to charity bluerock. You’re essentially subsidizing everything else they do there including their member program. I wish another company would buy the property and turn into a functional golf course.
Staff and conditons were great, but why would that matter if you cant play the course?
Here’s to hoping thos place changes ownership and management.
