Great Course
One of my favorite courses. It has a great layout greens were great and staff friendly.
Aeration
Greens we’re aerated two weeks ago and there was no information on the sight about that and the greens conditions were bad and didn’t worth the price..
Course in good shape. Just so happens the greens are aerated and sanded. Which is okay. All golf courses do this. Staff are very friendly.
The rock
Staff is excellent.the course is in pretty good condition.Cant beat the price
Enjoyable course
Course conditions were excellent. Greens were awesome. Everything was perfect except for the windy conditions.
East course layout great
The course length on paper is deceptive. The hills provide challenging lies and the greens roll true. I had a nice time, Staff, Neal, was friendly and informative. I played today in order to get refreshed on the layout. My group, The 3 G's will play September 21 11am. It should be fun.
Good value, if you can tolerate occasional slow play.
I’ve played here a number of times now. Both courses are fun and challenging for every caliber of golfer. The courses are kept in pretty good condition, and the staff is generally pretty friendly. Today was a bit stressful as they were dealing with a cart shortage when we arrived late morning for our round. As a result, we teed off 20 minutes later than we were scheduled to. But once we got underway, it was a smooth and fun round!
Concrete bunkers!
Avoid the bunkers! I think it’s fair to say that most golf courses struggle with providing a true sand bunker experience. Unfortunately, these bunkers were totally unacceptable and need to be improved. Also, certain roughs were over saturated with water.
Another day of wonderful golfing!
Fun course, great staff, and great friends playing golf together! I played the East course and I had a hole in one Thursday 7/18/2019, hole no. 6 ,par three 148 yards! We had just joined a husband and his wife on the sixth hole when I got the hole in one! We finished the round together and. Had a great time together!
Pleasantly Surprised
Loved the course. Greens are excellent, course is unique and fair. My brother will be back. Very much enjoyed our round.
Blue Rock East
Course in very nice condition but the bunkers could use some work. But, I'll cut them a break after the winter and spring we've experienced. Staff kudos to the young man working the snack bar. Great value for the money.
Blue Rock East course
I play this course all the time. Fun, and moderately challenging. The pace of play is good. Can get a bit backed up on really pretty days, but a bit quicker than the west course.
I wish they had better food selections at the turn. To get a better burger or sandwich you have to go back to the cafe by the west course.
Overall a great public facility.
