About
Located just south of the airport, Van Nuys Golf Course has a unique location that provides an air show with anything from WWII Warbirds to F16 Falcons. It can be loud occasionally, but it's also one of the most affordable rounds in the area. There are two golf courses available, an 18-hole par-3 course and a nine-hole executive course. Neither of the courses are terribly formidable, but it's a great spot for getting in some practice. It's ideal for beginners but golf enthusiasts of any skill level will appreciate that the facility stays open late and both golf courses and the driving range are equipped with lights. The Van Nuys par-3 course offers good short game practice. There are a few bunkers and some strategically placed palm trees, but it's a very user-friendly golf course overall. It's even gentle enough for juniors.

Great course
Par 3 course in very good shape, rough are not to high so you can get away with some , love the first cut and greens roll great with the several lag putts though the course
Great small medium sized course
Went for an early tee time and had a great time with my partner. They have a range, 9 holes, and 18 holes. We got a little lost on the first hole. The signs and outlines for each hole should be improved but they didn’t stop the fun. The people playing say that’s a lot of the first timer’s mistake. Everyone was friendly enough to show us the right fairway, especial on 7th hole. Grass was greener than we thought from looking online pictures. Over all great place to have a quick game and have multiple holes to hit the driver and woods as well. I will come back again for sure.
Good Senior & Beginner Course
The course is very good for Seniors and for beginners. Also a nice course to tune up your short iron game. Easy to walk, but a bit confusing as to tee locations on a couple of holes. I played weekday, mid morning and only waited at 1 hole when green was being watered, Completed 18 in about 2 hours.

This course is a par 54 course with 18 par 3 holes. They are from 90 to 135 yard holes.
It was really nice today and they just cut the fairways. I don't think I have ever seen this course in better shape than today. It helps with the rain we have had :-)
I like going here with my girlfriend....it's easy to walk and during week days, it's pretty easy to find t-times.
I will definitely recommend it!
The only negatives is the bums laying in tents in front of the entrance + the marking on the course could be better.

Practice your short game!
An enjoyable and fine way to sharpen up your short game in around two hours!
I would avoid weekends!
I like playing at this course since it gives me good 3 par "training". The greens are in pretty good shape, but people need to fix their divots!!
I will be back playing in the weekdays since I don't feel like spending 3 hours on a par 3 course during a weekend.
They have an executive course with 9 holes also if you would like to practice your driver too.
The fairways needs to be cleaned up and new signages should be made so people don't walk to th3 wrong holes.
Round in the rain, anyone?
My friend and I played the executive nine course in the midst of a mild rain. The biggest problem with this course is that there are no fairways . The ground are always in bad shape that way and getting even a decent lie from a tee shot is it something one should expect. Greens were bogged down with water but that was to be expected.
Other wise they're in good condition.
Price of the deal was amazing though through Golf Now.
