Woodley Lakes Golf Course

It’s a muni so you can’t expect too much, that being said I actually really like the course. It has very wide and flat fairways, so it’s great for beginners.

The range and practice facilities are pretty great too.

Biggest gripe: ZERO amenities. Need water? Need beer? Need a hotdog? Well you’re SOL bc the pro shop and restaurant are vacant. On weekends there’s often a food truck but that’s all.

Definitely my go to course here in the valley you get your money worth.

Course a Bit Dry in some spots Muddy in Others.. good course if you wanna fine tune your game..

I love playing here to get my game back in order. Simple layout with plenty of short par 4's and not too much trouble from the trees. Played in 3 hours 50 minutes with a 10:15 Sunday tee time for under $60. Can't beat that anywhere.

Our group plays here regularly - usually once a week early in the AM. Course is very straightfoward and mostly quite forgiving for offline shots. No tricked up holes - only # 16 has a blind shot to the green and hazards are very visible. No slopes around greens to send slightly errant balls into troubles. Some holes are easy to par - 1,2,3,4,7,8,11,13 come to mind. Several par 4's, however, are long and difficult to par except for the long hitters - 9,10,16,17. Several also have big greens that require judging the right speed for lag putts and that is tricky at times since some greens are faster than others. But other than that, if you hit decent shots that don't fly too far offline and have some modicum of distance you can post a respectable score on this course and feel like your game was tested fairly.

The course is in decent shape overall. The greens were actually pretty nice. Would play here again.
