All But 1
The only thing that this course needs is a clubhouse. Everything else is top notch.
Great course
We had a great time. Course in good shape, pace of play was good!

Great course to play from the time you pull in they treat you great art an Jamie from ma.plus the others it's a pleasure as soon as you unload your bags
Great course, tricky off the shorter tees (III)
Lots of trouble off the shorter (III) tees. Landing areas more generous off the longer tees. Don’t need a driver off the IIIs
amenities
No amenities to speak of,, port-a-potties dirty and no toilet paper. Can't get a glass of ice, no club house, no restaurant, limited selection of snacks and beverages in trailer that is used for club house. The cost was very out of line with the course, should be half of what they charge. If you can afford all those houses, condos and townhouses, you can afford to finish the golf course amenities. The noise was also very disturbing, with all the building and large equipment even my watch indicated loud noise.
Sunday Afternoon
Greens had been pinned, but rolled and held spin shots well. 5th hole, par 5 from tees II and I is like hitting down a bowling alley. A bit to hard. Recommend adding another tee tox forward.
Will be a great course once it matures
There is still a lot of construction going on around the course so the course is still very young. That is why I would tell folks to wait given the price point. It may be worth the cost at a later date but there are other courses at the same price point around. Practice facilities are the best around which can be accessed via a pass. Neat to give it a first time play.
This is a typical new style Florida course.
Very nice.An almost links style course. No trees except for a few palms. Its wide open but you have to know we’re to hit it to score. This is not always desirable from tee for new players.Green are firm as are fairways.Bunkers are perfect.
Good afternoon walk
Was pleasantly surprised by the pace of play. Especially after arriving to 16 people at the bag drop waiting on carts. Didn’t look promising. But everything worked out. Ran out of daylight before finishing but close .
Wellen golf course
New course. Great potential but not for a few year s. It needs lots of work. Stafff friendly. Free driving range and Pratice facilitées awesome. Well design. Expensive for a course that is under construction and lot of construction on the course.
Thursday afternoon walk
Pace of play a bit slow, but it was nice sunny day.

Great place to play too bad I can't afford to play with the new rates they have
Not finished
When all complete, it will be worth the money. Until then it should be a lot less money.
Hurry
this is a great course but it probably won't be open to the public very long worth playing
