Horrendous pace of play
My last 2 rounds here I have walked off after 9 holes due to the slow pace of play and lack of any Marshalls on the course to keep things moving.
I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with the poor pace of play. We are currently working with our marshals to improve operations and work on handling matters like this. Might be the best bang for your buck
Overall the course was in great condition. Not the most scenic especially with some of the residents back yards not being in the best condition. The course itself is playable for all levels and yet felt like it offered some challenges. For the price of a round, no one could argue that this course has everything you are looking for and more.

The pace of play was agonizing
Several groups of 4 finishing off their 6 inch puts like they were playing the Masters
Only suggestion is having Marshall’s encourage them to pick up the pace

Fast Track
Compelling layout and the pace of play was really fast. Enjoyed my round. The course plays tight but rewards great drives. Laying up on a few of the holes is probably the better play, but wont satisfy the ego. Only issue is each green has literally 100 ball marks that were never mended. Not the golf courses fault, but it hints at something else. Play it for a quick fun round!

Good Enough Neighborhood Course
The greens were in as good of condition as I've seen there. The rest of the course is what it is. Ugly views of ugly backyards of the ugly homes along the course. But, it's not the golf courses fault.
