I Recommend This Course
Everyone waiting frost delay!!
My friend David and I went to play here on Sunday 27 of February. There was a frost delay which had everyone’s tee time back up one hour. We met a very nice couple and had a great day after a long wait. What I was impressed by the lady Jaime was her name played from the white tees all of about 110 pounds could rip the ball!! The course was in good shape and we had a great day after the delay!!

San Ramon is agood course
San Ramon is a good course with lots of fun holes that are challenging but not too difficult.
The weather was absolutely perfect but the pace of play was very very slow.
It took us 4 hours 45 minutes to get in 18 holes.

Greens condition
It’s time for the marshalls to follow groups and make them fix their ball marks. It’s pathetic the inconsiderate golfers that don’t fix the greens.

It’s crazy to me that there is such a mediocre golf course in one of the most expensive cities in contra costa county.
With that said… The course is in much better shape than a couple months ago before the rain.
The layout is interesting, didn’t need to use my driver until the 4th hole but the par 3’s are loooong. 2 over 200 and the other two were 180+. Challenging for high handicap players.
