Rough too long
For amateurs too narrow and rough too long. Too much time looking for golf balls in the rough. Sometimes having to step on the ball to find it. Overall the course is in good shape. Greens were smooth and in good condition. If set up for amateurs and not pros it would be so much more enjoyable.
Great Value
Love a great value and a course that is well taken care of. Weekday play is best. Fairways were very good condition, greens would be better if fellow golfers would repair the greens. Enjoyable round and challenging course
Don’t Use Golf Now
Thanks for telling us not to use golf now . It’s cheaper if you don’t use Golf Now . About $20 more with Golf Now
Happy
Se enjoyed tge course notwithstanding the dreary weather and wet conditions of the fairways
Happiness
We enjoyed tge round as the course was in great condition fir what the weather was allowing
fun course with some challenging holes
San Ramon is a fun course with some challenging holes..
The course is in fairly good condition and the layout is very good.
The only negative for me was the pace of play which was poor. There wqs no marshall to chase the slow players.
Not worth the money but I can see it being fantastic
Super foggy day which meant I was spraying water and lumps of grass from the roughs.
The fairways are narrow and generally fine but the greens are in pretty bad shape considering the green fees of $74 (inc cart). there are rough spots everywhere, most players are just leaving their ball marks as is, and there was just way too much debris on them. I was cleaning up my path on every green and it just wasn't fun after 2-3 holes to be doing the work of the course management
San Ramon
The course has a fun layout of different shaped holes. It’s a 3.5 course mostly flat for the area it’s in so if you have bad knees like me it wasn’t to hard even though we played after a big rain and it was cart path only. Overall fun course for a reasonable price. I’d go back again!
Greens were punched and sanded less than a week ago. Course is in decent shape for a local muni considering the drought and how much play the course typically gets.
