Had a great time and the course was splendid and well maintained!

first time to play this course, very surprise with a great price and great condition of the course, I will come back to play again.

all level course within housing development, in fairly good condition .

clubhouse area is very busy with lots of people practicing .

I booked a tee time for 4 off golfnow at $25 a piece. When I showed up, they wanted to charge me $30, said $25 was too cheap.

course was in good condition and the greens were excellent

This course is a fun course overall. I enjoy coming here with the guys for the day.

Pros - Friendly staff, nice range/practice area, fun course layout that requires precision.

Cons - Busy course=slow play, lined with houses, LOTS of bird droppings, especially on 9 & 18.

Course was in great condition. Fairways were green and greens were smooth and true. The course is challenging while still fun. I recommend this course because of the good value.

To be honest, I was expecting a lot more from this course. It's essentially a glorified muni. The greens rolled well but the fairways were not in the best shape and the rough was inconsistent. The pace of play was also extremely slow as there is no Marshall on the course. Granted it was a Saturday but there is no reason that course should take 5 hours to play.

On the positive side the staff was friendly which is always appreciated. Also I'd recommend this course to anyone just to play the island hole (#9 short par 4). That was definitely a fun experience even though I went in the water.

I will not be back, as I live in San Jose and the drive is not worth it for this course.

One slight problem is that there were no marshal on the course and the result was slow play! There were too many twosome and it should have been more foursome, which would have speed up the play. 5 hour round is too long.

It was raining out-the carts had no full windshields?
The 6 Ball Washers I tried had no water in them, let alone Soapy Water.
2 Water Fountains had no water.

The garbage cans need to be cleaned and refill cleaner in the ball cleaning pot in tee off area.

This course has great potential.
Challenging, narrow fairways.
Relatively well kept for the price.
Not a lot of bad lies, and an always fun island hole.

Problem? The staff was terrible to us. I'm not sure if it was because we're young, or if it was because we're the wrong skin color, but charging us more than advertised and then treating us like second-class citizens means you don't want my business.

The golf itself was fun, the staff will keep me from coming back ever again.

Was a good value . Driving range was closed not able to warm up. Narrow fairways can be difficult for novice players.

Fairways hard, dry and bare in many places. Green in good shape. Tee boxes average and cart paths are abysmal where there are any.

Not sure what is going on, but the course is definitely in a decline right now.

This course had decent holes, especially on the back 9 where it felt as though it really stretched out and you could see the foothills.

The frustrating part was each hole is isolated with houses, creeks/water or wilderness on either side, which meant if you didn't keep it straight and fair all day, you'd pay for it all day. Numerous holes have hazards or bunkers cutting right across the middle, causing you more trouble and penalizing if you can't get through it.

Course could also use better maintenance. Fairways not in the greatest condition, and greens hard.

Nice course with few challenge green. Price is good, fairway need more maintain. People there are very nice.

It's difficult to provide a complete, accurate assessment of the course since I played following two days of heavy rains. Most of the holes were saturated with water making play somewhat of a muddy mess. This was expected and should not be considered a dig on the course.
As for the pace of play, I would definitely rate the course a negative. Each hole took, on an average, 25 minutes with not one Marshall to be found. The foursome in front of my threesome were stiflingly slow, but were no match for the foursome in front of them.
I doubt I will playing this course again anytime soon. I'm sure there are better options in the area.
