Pointe South Golf Club

Last time I played this course, a little over a year ago, the greens were horrible. There was no grass on some greens. BUT, NOW ITS A COMPLETE 180 flip. The greens were amazing (8 or 9/10). Always a fun track. Not super long or tight, but very challenging. Huge bargain for the cost.

It was the hottest day of the year but the course was nice and cool in under trees. The greens were in great shape. They all rolled well except the 18th. It was a real bumpy. It helped me gain a stroke on my playing partner whose putt came up 3-feet short. It was his first time playing this course. We will be back just on a cooler day.

Fairways are very rough and bumpy. Greens are kind of inconsistent.

My second time playing here. This place is a great value and we will try and come back. The course has a chipping area and putting area and driving range so come a bit early and warm up. I liked the changes in elevation and I liked that the par 3’s are different lengths. Too often they are all the same distance! Greens are looking better. Can’t beat the price.

Course condition sub par. Very dry and hard fairways. Greens good, tee boxes poor. No drinking water on course on 90 degree day.

Love the layout, always have. But I feel bad for the members. The course conditions are so bad that you cannot actually play golf. Sand lies in the fairways, greens are ate up with weeds and funguses.

Course is in pretty good shape. Only a couple of greens had weeds causing bumpy putts. Quick round and good test.

This course was great... very friendly staff and the pace was very good. It has nice views and should be in great shape with the warmer weather arriving(unusual winter). I beat my husband so I have nothing negative to say.

Pointe Sourh is a fine golfing establishment that I would highly recommend. It is a fairly short course that possesses great charm and character. It begins with a fairly short par four and ends with a long par three. The staff is friendly and professional. Driving range on site.

We played golf toda. Overall conditions of course are satisfactory.Will recommend this golf club tp my friends.

Course was in good shape considering it rained heavily last night. Greens were good, typical fairways but for the money it was a great deal.

The golf course like the park is not good but the real rest

Recently, after passing the course to go play another course in the area, I decided to stop by and inspect the three greens near the entrance. I was pleasantly surprised to see they were in excellent shape.

I had stayed away from this course since this past spring after experiencing it in the worst condition I had ever seen it in the five years I've been playing it. The fairways were thin and the greens were diseased looking and bare.

After inspecting the three greens recently, I decided to play it, and I have to say that the course has almost fully recovered from what I thought was the beginning of a downward spiral. All the greens are great again and the fairways are more dense. I recommend playing it again.

Course in very good shape. Some greens still have dead zones but minimal and did not affect play. No drinking water on the course. Bring your own. Few ball cleaning stations on the course.

Nice little course with fun holes. Hard fairways where good shots can get a bad lie and they have a lot of work to do on the greens they have a lot of bare spots but roll pretty good just a little slow.

I try to play here at least once a week. The layout is perfect though the greens need some work. For the price you don’t get much better than Pointe South.
