Great feel good course
CPark is a course you want to play when you are having a terrible time with your game elsewhere and want a good game so you don't give up on golf.
There is little trouble to get into if you can hit the ball fairly straight.
The course is under new management as of 7/4/2013. A wonderful couple by the name of Bob and Grace Ellis are the new owners and have made many new and fantastic improvements to the course and to the motor carts which are new.
The $15 green fee w/ cart is for seniors (55+). The regular fee with cart is $17

Course Layout
I can't modify my previous review so I will just comment regarding the status of College Park Golf.
The only thing I would change now is the course condition from 4 to 5. They have given this course some serious TLC from the tee boxes to the fairway to the green.
The green fees are still low and the best in town. There are some local executive courses (9 hole Par three's) that charge more this course and is not as cosmectically pleasing as this course.
You will not go wrong by playing this course.
....OH! Let me also say they have the BEST COLD WATER STATIONS around. They don't let the water get warm and change it every day and check the stations often to make sure there is plenty of cold water for all. The water smells like water, not sulfur and it taste fantastic!!!
