West Pines Golf Club

Course was in nice condition and greens were fast. Other than slow play for a Friday morning round the experience was pretty good. My only complaint is the lack of food and no turn after the front 9. Thanks to the cart girl for beverages, we did see her three times during the round. We will definitely be back again and will know what to expect the next time we play there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good track and challenging at the same time. Greens were in excellent shape, true rolls and some were fast.

Staff was great to work with. Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, Took time to explain anything you wanted to know.

Being a City owned course the staff from office staff to ground crew were top notch.

Couple of things: be prepared as this course doesn’t have a “turn.” Slow play in front of us not really ever addressed even with Marshall on course. Great greens for a public track. No indoor seating for drinks etc.

Greens were in great shape. The back nine had a few gimmicky holes in a row. Otherwise, enjoyed the round.

Great course in great condition. I reserved a tee time by myself and was paired with a 3 some (which I didn’t mind at all). However, the starter insisted that I shared a cart with someone that I had never met before and if I wanted to ride alone then I would have to pay an additional $10 on top of my cart fee. Not really a fan of that at all. I like to do my own thing on the course which is why I came alone in the first place but to charge me an extra $10 just to ride by myself I feel like was unnecessary.

The course is nice and challenging but the golf carts are a major problem. They are slow or non responsive and the gps system sometimes stop the cart when on the fairway but it thinks we’re in an unrestricted area. It’s super annoying. It slows the pace of play.

Challenging but fun. Greens were very fast. Tee boxes needed some tender loving care. Overall I really liked it, can’t wait to play it again. Beautiful pine trees, hilly terrain, made for a great experience.

Everything is mowed really low. The course is set up almost too hard for the average 100 shooter. Have to be a good golfer to play well here. It's a good test with these conditions but let the grass grow some. Thanks.

Loved this course. Little challenging but course was in great condition. Very friendly and laid back staff. Loved my time here and will 100% be back

4.5+ hour round on a Monday! The only improvement the course needed was some water on the greens. Too many shots hit the green and bounced over. Overall, very good conditions.

A few foursomes were in front of us, as a result, the pace was a bit slower than we would have liked.

Jammed, packed course. A lot of players taking advantage of a beautiful day to play. More than 4.5 hrs.

Cart path only due to fertilizing fairways. Fairways and firm greens very good, sand traps very packed (recent rain). Nevertheless, playing the course is worth the drive to Douglasville.
