Great layout and greens
Great layout, offers different ways (gobfir it with Driver or play position with hybrid off some tees) to play each hole. Greens are in great shape and speed. Challenging yet fair course. Will be back soon!
Great course
Greens were in great shape and true! Layout is great, let’s you play aggressively off the tee but with penalty strokes if not accurate. Will be back to play again soon.

Good course. Don't like the power lines that come into play on couple of holes. Hate ending round on a par 3. Despite that I would play again and recommend to others.
Great greens
This course is always a pleasure to play. The greens are always in great shape. Some holes are a bit quirky but all in all you can't beat the value at West Pines.
If you’re looking for a solid place to play on the weekends this is a great place. I really enjoyed my experience at West Pines and will be returning in the future. The course was in great shape.
Nice to see a marshal driving around checking the pace of the game.
Got paired with a group of 2 and was a great experience.
Cart lady was nice to be driving around for hydration.
Happy birthday to my golf course superintendent in Iowa
My wife (current chemo patient for metastatic breast cancer) played in honor of my son who had his 40th birthday on July 25. He is superintendent of Coldwater Golf Links in Ames, Iowa. West Pines was in great shape. Played with two strangers who were wonderful company. We never mind being paired with others because it shows that the course takes pace of play seriously and we have made new friends that we have played with on purpose after our initial round together! Greens were just about recovered from recent aeration-still putted very well. This is a great track that we will play again and again. Starters and ranger are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Challenging layout
Nice course in good shape, other then greens were just punched but that has to be done. Challenging layout making you think off the tee on several holes Bonus, the carts have Bluetooth speakers and GPS!!
Course in great condition although they just aerated/sanded the greens. I was called and advised that aeration was underway and have to say I appreciated that very much...... Thanks!! I’ll be back for sure

Not your average public course..... Very nice course. Well maintained.. Slightly more hilly than most courses. But great xourse. Great price.
West side
This is the best I’ve seen the course since becoming a member. The staff has put a lot of time and effort in making this course one of the best in the Atlanta area. The fairways are looking great and the greens are smoking fast. This course is well maintained and the staff deserves a ton of credit for what they do. Keep up the great work.

What a round!
West Pines has never looked better. the recent rain we've had has really helped the course to get really lush. Excellent course conditions helped me to a 78 for the first time since last year.
