Jekyll Island Golf Club - Pine Lakes Course
About
Jekyll Island Golf Club offers 64 holes of golf, making it the largest public golf facility in Georgia. The courses are a favorite amongst locals and visitors since it's hard to beat the affordable rates. The club features three 18-hole courses and one nine-hole course. Pine Lakes is the longest of the three full-length courses at 6,700 yards from the back tees, though the course is not lengthy by any means. The final hole is the only one on the course with considerable length. The original layout was created in 1968 and underwent a major renovation in 2002. It is similar to the Indian Mound Course, which sits adjacent to it, but Pine Lakes has a more modern bunkering system. Fairway bunkers come into play for long hitters and the bunkers that frame the greens demand accurate approach shots.

Golfer Reviews
The course was in great shape .
Enjoyed playing Pine Lakes with a great couple from Maine . Jekyll is a great place to play golf .
Worth every penny.
For the Golf Now price of $25, the course is everything you would want. With the one exception. Man the greens were SLOW. Other than that, I love to play the Jeckyll courses.
Great price, scenic course, competitive
It was our first time to play this course. We enjoyed it, it was challenging enough for our foursome. Very scenic and well groomed. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great Value
The course was not as pristine as I remember it. They have had a lot of rain recently and I think they could not groom as usual.
Great value and scenery
Great value! My wife and I were amazed at the number of deer on the course. As a 8 handicap I found the course very enjoyable with doglegs left and right and just enough hazards. Everyone can play this course.
Course is in great shape. Fun to play.
Course is in great shape. Fun to play. Just the right level of challenge but not so much to take away the fun.
