About
Collins Hills Golf Club is a little known course to outsiders, but it is a local favorite. The traditional parkland layout tumbles across a rolling terrain. The golf course features small, undulating greens and narrows fairways bordered by towering trees. The layout demands accuracy especially with the numerous sand bunkers that have been incorporated into the design. Several ponds and lakes are scattered across the course, coming into play on seven holes. The layout has its challenges but it is still gentle enough to accommodate a variety of different skill levels. Before playing, golfers can warm up on the driving range or utilize the other practice facilities. Collins Hills Golf Club's atmosphere definitely plays a role in the club's popularity, offering all of the amenities of a private club with a casual and friendly setting

Same old course with same old problems
Fair course, just know that the conditions of the greens are pretty poor. The same holes seem to have the same problems for over a year now! With patches of sod and repairs happening on those holes! Better to play for twilight rounds! 100% not worth paying 40 bucks or over for however
Poor green
Green are really bad, they need to closed course few week to repair green. Never coming back.

Sneaky Good...
First time playing this course and I have to say that I was very surprised. A lot of the reviews I read were bad and I was hesitant to book here but I was glad that I did. The course has a nice layout, fairways and most of the greens were in perfect condition. I played early but as I got down through the holes I can see that pace of play might be an issue...and the cart paths on the back 9 will leave you in need of an adjustment at the chiropractor but all in all I would definitely recommend this course.

Don’t waste your money.
Middle of the summer and this course is basically 80% GUR. Not the friendliest staff either. Will not be returning.

Okay course
This course has made improvements over the years with the fairway and greens. But, some of the greens are still in terrible shape.

Solid Course for the Price
Played on Memorial day weekend, and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. Driving range isn’t anything special and kind of out of the way. Pace of play was great and at our own pace. It’s a fun course, narrow fairways, and they just aerated the greens. Once the aeration finishes I’m sure the greens are great, obviously it wasn’t fantastic. I think it’s a decent value, but I will say they desperately need to fix the cart paths. They are in poor condition. Other than that, I’d say the experience was average/good.

Rough
You get what you pay for with this course. By no means is it terrible but the greens were virtually unplayable. Quite a number of spots in the fairway and greens that we had to deem unplayable or take relief. Staff was nice!

Poor Conditions
Played 18 holes on 5-20-2022. Greens were in terrible condition. Players had to constantly move you ball to avoid craters, bald spots, and uneven grass growth or repairs to give your ball a chance. Follow that up with tee boxes being similar to green conditions, $50 is excessive. Won't be back any time soon.

Fix the place up
Rough greens, bad cart paths, hard tee areas make this a poor choice and poor value for $.
