Love this course. Very pretty. Fairways and greens in great condition.
Nice course
Nice lay out. The greens were really slow. Not sure if the had not cut them or if they just needed to be rolled.

We were pleasantly surprised by this course and loved it. Will be back many more times.

Very Hilly State Park Course
A very hilly course in the Georgia State Park system. Staff was very friendly. Greens were in great shape, but the fairways were a little long. Bunkering appears to have been redone and many have been abandoned.
I would not recommend walking this course as it is very hilly. But I would recommend playing it for anyone that enjoys courses built on wild terrain.
Challenging Course
I have recently got back into golf and this was a very challenging, yet very enjoyable course to play. I lost many balls, but I found more than I lost so that’s a plus. I look forward to coming back once I work on my game and see how much I’ve improved.
Hilly, tight tract
Course in good shape but difficult for 19+ handicappers due to narrow fairways with lots of elevation changes.
Hilly but fair and well-maintained course
Greens were in good shape, cart was nice and had GPS. I recall only one hole that was relatively flat(ish)...the rest played up hill or down hill, some with rather significant elevation changes. Fun course for Intermediate or better golfer. Might be intimidating for 25+ handicap players not experienced playing side hill, up hill and down hill lies.
State Park Golf
I play this course several times a year. The course is well maintained. The greens are always is good shape. The staff is friendly. The course layout is insane - capturing the essence of the rural landscape. I believe they have 3-or4 of the most difficult holes in north GA golf, from the white tees for the average golfer. Book your tee time and let it fly!!!!
Alright could be better!
Shop staff was friendly but slow. Loading is difficult at best. Bag drop with no attendant? The golf course: Challenging layout, a lot of movement left and right as well as most holes being at different levels of elevation. Overall a nice layout and mix of holes. Greens were fuzzy, if mown to proper height I think they would putt very nice. Lots of weeds growing in the fairway and green surrounds. Mown down but still visible and often in play. Any ball 5 feet or more off the fairway is hard clay base covered in rocks which makes entire areas of numerous holes unplayable? Some washout areas as well. I want it to be better much better! I drove 1.5 hours to play there but am unsure I would drive that far again? Forgot two things! Driving across 4 or 5 fairways and the cart quit running and said stay out of the woods? I'm in the middle of the fairway? 4 or 5 holes either on the approach shot or on a par three the GPS showed a red flag and gave a yardage that was inaccurate. Not updated by the staff, luckily I had my rangefinder and got the correct yardage. It is a state park golf course, I get it, but, it could be so much better!
Great course for the price
Nice layout course in great condition. Play was a little slow but was allowed to play thru.
