Nice course; well-kept with challenging greens.

If you can book 18 for less than $50 this course is a great value. They don’t have course info screens on the carts, and the distance pegs can be tough to locate, so bring a rangefinder. The greens are quite challenging compared to the layout of the course, so get your short game on-point or it’s gonna be a long day.

Need a ranger to monitor pace of play

Course in pretty good shape. A few greens were a little sparse in spots. I was playing alone behind a group of 4 older gentlemen who weren’t that good (which was fine). However, taking several practice swings on every shot (that didn’t seem to help) and throughly examining putts (which also didn’t appear to help either) caused their pace of play to rival Patrick Cantlay! For the love of Pete, let a guy play through. It took over 2.5 hrs to play front 9. I just skipped 10 to pass them then played it after #18. Took less than 1.5 hrs to play back 9. Whew

Good course, other issues

Nice course in good almost great condition. Pace of play was a little slow however I don’t think that had anything to do with the course just the people in front of me. I was also solo. Reason it wasn’t 5 stars and almost made it 3 stars is the absolutely horrendous condition of the cart path for 90% of the course and the gps fence system in place on the carts. Multiple times I’d be 70 yards from the green and the cart would beep at me that I was to close and wouldn’t stop beeping until I backed up 5-10 yards. There are also two holes where you have to back track and drive around a circle to get to the tee box and the cart would beep and stop me there as well while I’m on the cart path. Very frustrating that it happens all over the place on the course with no rhyme or reason. Puts a damper on an otherwise enjoyable course
