Fire or force them into retirement because the starter and hotdog veteran at the 9th holes arnt doing anyone any good. They are fat lazy and angry everyday and make everyones round worse.

Extremely slow pace of play. Even if you tee off by 2pm it would be difficult to get 18 holes in. Course is crowded, and the skill level of the other golfers are beginner at best. Waiting to tee off on the first hole…the group in front (4ppl) took 9 mulligans. Not exaggerating. Why the starter allowed this is beyond me. The farthest “drive” went maybe 160 yards. They played the blue tees. This group hit multiple shots off of every tee box. Absolutely terrible experience

The weather is a little hot.

The fairway condition and Pace of play are great.

Have played so many years at this coarse and I always happy but today.

I never seen sush ugly and fat starter ever.

My four some got there a little earlier then our tee time. I approached to starter and just wanted to let him know that incase you have a spot, we are ready to go. I mean if he has a chance,

Suddenly, his face changed to ugly and said "we are all full. Get out of here". Sush ugly face.

We all had bad rounding of golf because of ugly fat man.

Complained to management officials.

It’s a Robert Trent Jones Sr. layout which is very well thought out as u would expect, the day we played it the course and greens were in great shape. Now the area has had a good deal of rain not too much just a perfect mix. All the courses in the area are in great shape and this one is no exception. Go play it.

Piece of play way too slow. I get it with the weekend, but the rangers should have trade speed things up a bit.

Was in great condition for August..Best value in area

I haven't played Hilldale in a couple of years. The course was in good shape although tee boxes were a little chewed up. The pace of play was great. Greens were fair and slow. The course has some challenging holes including several with water hazards. It was a fun course to play and will play it again. Only negative is the halfway house wasn't open and we only saw beverage cart once.

I went for a twilight time and there was a group that caused Build up by the second hole. Was only able to get 15 holes in and on the 15th a staff pulled the pin while we were mid hole. I mentioned how that was kinda bogus and he acted like he was being the nice one by letting us finish. It’s not hard to pull the pin from behind after a group finishes a hole. He seemed upset when I gave him this criticism.

I always enjoy playing at Hilldale. Some of the holes can be quite challenging. I would like to see the conditions improved on hole 17 as you approach the green before the water. It has been in kind of bad shape for several years. Overall the course was good.

Had a nice round. A couple sand traps were hard, and it would be great if there were a couple more places to get water. But overall a nice place to play, at a reasonable rate, thanks to GolfNow.

Well taken care of course nice layout for any type of golfer !!! Nice water holes bunkers layout was good made the course challenging !!!! Ranger starter and pro shop staff was great very accommodating ! Will definetly play this course in the future!!!!
