Good deal for the average occasional player
Price and course is right for the average golfer.who wants to play an occasional round. Staff very friendly. Laid back and not too stuffy. May not be your cup of tee if you are a serious player.
Not worth the money
Course needs some major maintenance. No cart girl either
great condition
Greens and fairways are excellent. Tee boxes are a little worn - just need to change positions. Staff very friendly.
Horrible experience
3 hours to play front nine holes. Walked off course after 11 holes. Course is not well cared for. Anything hit into the rough is a lost ball. Driving range was closed. Looked like they had just cut it after 3 weeks. When I arrived, the starter told me I would need to wait 15 minutes to tee off because course was backed up. I had a 10:00 tee time. Never going back.
Love the course - just needs some attention in areas
This is the third time I have played here in the last 2 years. I really love the layout of this course. Greens are in great shape. My one complaint is the rough. I had 3-4 "lost balls" that were hit no more than 3-4 paces into the rough and neither myself nor my buddy playing with me could find them. The rough needs to be cut shorter and the excess grass from mowing does not need to be left sitting on top of the rough. That makes it even harder to find your ball. You should never "lose" a ball in this manner. There's no traditional turn from hole 9 to hole 10. Since this was not my first time, I was prepared for that - pack extra snack and such. Ultimately, I will play this course again because the setting is beautiful and, overall, it is very fun to play.
Golf Carts and Paths
Golf course fairways, roughs and greens were in very good playing condition; however, the golf carts and cart paths could use some TLC.
Needs maintenance
This course is sorely in need of a lot of work. Bring lots of golf balls; because any shot out of the fairway is likely lost.
The rough was routinely 6-8 inches deep. There was some mowing going on during my round, but finding a ball in mown hay is just as hard as finding one in 6-8 inch grass.
Bunkers are lacking sand, but they seem to hold water quite well.
Too Tall
Grass not mowed. Clubhouse said mower was broken. That's not my problem. I paid the advertised price.
Course needs a little love.
I’ve play this course about 10 times and I haven’t seen any improvements on it. It has a lot of potential but it needs a little maintenance. You have to hit the ball in the fairway because the rough is 5” deep with no exaggeration. I love the layout and like I said the course have a lot of potential but it needs the grass to be cut a little lower around the greens and the second cut off the fairways. The greens are in a really good condition and some sand traps have been fix so that’s a positive. Will definitely play again but I will love to see the administration to take care of those details.
