It's fun to play here, but they crowd you up pretty close. I wish a scheduled tee time would offer more precedence to play without being hurried. Im just learning the game and would appreciate a more thoughtful tee time.
Good overall day of golf
Great price, wide open fairways are very forgiving. Greens need a little work but overall had a great experience.
Great place for newer golfer
Wide open fairways and nice greens. Cost to play a round is excellent.
You get what you pay for....
You get what you pay for....low price, low quality.
For beginners
For someone starting out, it is ok. No grass, greens are all sand. I expected to see cows grazing in the fairways, but it is what it is.
Fun course but not for a serious golfer
I love playing this course but it’s not for a serious golfer. The greens are in fair shape but there aren’t really any fairways. The best thing about it is no one out there is a serious golfer so it’s a very relaxed atmosphere
Decent course for the price
It’s good for the price, the downside is they tend to over book, the course etiquette of some players is poor due to price, and they don’t seem to enforce slow play with larger groups. Overall it’s not bad, and you get what you pay for.
Friendly, down to earth staff
I always love playing the Pine. I've met some cool folks out there who like to chill out, play some good golf and enjoy some friendly competition. The owners and staff treat you like regular folks, and the hot dogs at the turn hit the spot! One of the buddies I was playing with actually ate 5 hot dogs fully loaded. Atta boy Carden!
Absolute Gem
Awesome people in the shop, very easy course. The fairways are just hardpan and weeds, but the greens are actually pretty ok for the money. Pretty smooth but also really slow. A fun course to play if you want an easy great round (I did not get one lol). Great value for the money and a perfect place for people of any skill level. I am scratch and my brother is an 18 and we both played to great pace and had without losing many balls.
