Senior golfer review
I am 70 years old and travel 50 miles one way once a week to play at Pine Hill . I really like the course with mostly wide open fairways and easy access to the greens. It is kept up really well for a community golf course. Not a fancy country club but the facilities are well cared for. The bonus is the price to play is very reasonable. I would recommend this course to anyone.
Value course, Great for beginners
First time playing here. Staff was very friendly. Course is basically an old farm. Very little water, nearly no bunkers. Very good place to learn. Tee boxes could use attention. Some were downright awful. But it’s insanely cheap. So not a big deal.
Will definitely be back.
Totally fine
It’s a decent course and not very expensive. Greens were nice but slower than most other greens. Tee boxes left a LOT to be desired. A couple tee boxes were mostly sand.
Great Fun
Look, not for the pros and those who think they are better than everyone in life BUT for casual players, a fun day in the sun, got cheap range balls, a range, 18 holes with some challenge in spots, great place to learn and work on your game. If you’re uptight, you shouldn’t waste your money somewhere else. Keep up the good work! Worth every penny of only 35 bucks! Oh and delicious hotdogs!
Great for beginners or people who want an inexpensive round
Fairways were wide so it’s good for beginners like myself. Hit 280+yd push fades and slices that would’ve been OB on many other courses but they were in-play here. It’s a cheap track so you get what you pay for.
The distances have to be way off. One hole was 370+ from the whites and I went past the green and my partner was about 20 yards short of the green off the tee. There’s no way we hit it that far. Another con would be hitting out of rock hard poor conditions the entire round whether it was tee box or fairways, with the 18th hole fairway being the only exception.
