Good to play
If you like courses with no homes and just trees this is a place for you.
The course was in excellent shape love the layout same traps are terrible, hard pan, rocky, and the greens were very slow
Great place
For a public course this one has character as there r no homes on the course and each hole is it’s own world. The only weakness is the sand in the sand traps is more of a dusty sand . Overall I would recommend this course. The four rounds I have played have been finished in up four hours and 15 minutes.
Rude and ill mannered staff
I played here many time but I always ignored the attitude of staff ladies. They are very rude, a noxious and cranky because both of them are old farts. They have no manners and really zero customer service.
If you buy an online deal without cart.and if yiu want to buy at the counter then it used to be $10 per person. Today we got a great deal and wanted a cart and she said $18 per person. When I said week ago and two week ago it $10 per person, she said if you want it is $18 otherwise no cart. When I took the case to so called GM, he is one more joker telling me that they made mistake. I said they are keep making mistake week after week. He just shrugs his shoulder like so and he don’t care….,
This mean it is a place with bunch of losers who don’t care about business and customer. I would suggest to go somewhere and don’t even think about even trying this place.
Nice course, but with Bumpy Greens and No Water Stations
We played this course on arguably one of the hottest days of the year. The course was pretty nice overall, but the greens were not very well mantained.
More importantly, there were no water stations throughout the course, so if we didn't bring enough water with us, we could have been in trouble. I'd suggest they provide water on one of the holes in each nine.
Great course
Wide open fairways and not too much trouble if errant tee shot. Greens rolled true. White tees play about 6500 but it’s much easier than it seems
Course was over booked like always, leading to a very slow pace of play. Pro shop staff was not friendly or kind at all, no food ready at turn and seemed like a burden when we asked for a couple drinks.
What was the pro shop thinking?
Played the 5:30am tee time, which was the 2nd tee time for the day as a twosome with a cart. Pace of play was decent on the front 9. However, the pro shop started slotting in other tee times starting at hole 10 when these first groups were wrapping up the front 9. It slowed down the pace of play tremendously. Our round went from 2.5 hours to about 4. I'm usually not upset with a 4-hour round, but if I play at 5:40am on a weekday, I expect to play fast and not have people randomly slotted in front of me.
Overall, this was a very nice course. The only thing I would recommend is they need better yardage markers on the course
Would play again.
Had a 12:50 tee time. Usually play in the morning. Was expecting at least a 5-6hr round as this course in the past tended to be slow. Was not the case! Finished in 4:09. Considering how dry it's been, I thought the fairways were in good condition. Some bunkers did have standing water, poor drainage, from previous days rain however, but it didn't affect me as much as I only hit bunker once!
Would play again!
