Annbriar Golf Course

Annbriar is a great place to play - greens fees are reasonable and the course is normally in great shape. I like the hybrid options for tees that the scorecard has that combines using white and blue tees to get a distance in between playing a single set of tees (there are multiple options for this). The Pro Shop and Bar are both well stocked. All around a solid choice.

I have played this course off and on for the last 10 years plus. In my opinion, the course is in the best condition i have ever seen it in. The tee to green conditions are as good as the high end resort courses I have played . The only downside I see is even on week days the wait on each tee prevents you from being able to get any type of rhythm in your play.

Hadn't played Annbriar in about 10 years and boy did I miss it. You really can't beat this place on the quality and value for the money. Coming from Texas, I can tell you that this place is a steal. Pristine fairways, greens that roll true all day long, views, and a challenging layout for any golfer. When I'm in town again, I'll definitely be back here. Keep up the great work guys, it really shows!

My wife and I decided to basically live at Annbriar for two days. By that I mean we ate heartily for lunch at Smokehouse restaurant before an afternoon round and had a fabulous breakfast before playing the next day. Food was great and reasonably priced. Annbriar is truly a gem. The 5 hour round on holiday weekend was acceptable when we considered the awesome views on EVERY hole. Each unique in their own way. Tees are fair and challenging for all players. Be prapared for walking as cart paths do not stop close to greens and cart direction signs sometimes are placed way out in front of greens.. Love the strategy involved with the course. Will we be back? You betcha! First time players will definitely put this on their repeat list.

Annbriar is my favorite St. Louis metro course. With a price of $52 for a weekend in late May - what a bargain. Always friendly and I love playing here.

However, the course was not in its usual pristine condition. Starting with hole 1. The fairway was in a bit of rough shape. Throughout the round, there were other fairways that had areas of dirt where grass was having a hard time growing. Maybe, with the warmer temps coming up, the zoysia will take over and improve this.

The rough is very dense and thick. Probably too high for weekend golfers.

The greens were in their usual great shape.

Little unusual that there didn't seem to be a normal crowd at Annbriar on a Saturday. When we were in the restaurant, which is normally busy, we were the only ones in there. My friend ordered the pulled pork and he said it was awful. It tasted like it came out of a can. This was very unusual because we love the food at Annbriar.

One thing Annbriar needs to do to get in line with every other course you will play. They need to get different colored flags for front, middle and back. Such a fine course that Annbriar is - they still use the the small flag on the flagstick to indicate front, middle and back.

Annbriar is a great course. Priced right and friendly. Looks like they had a few hiccups this Saturday but always put this course at the top of your list to play.

4 hours 42 minutes is too long. Marshals please, and not ones that are buddies with the slow crowd.

Never disappointed, course is in great condition. Playable but has enough challenge for every level player.

Absolutely no complaints. The course was near perfect. As always!!

Aerated greens cost me a really good round. As it was I had a good round. Great course,, great people!
