About
Cantigny Golf boasts 27 holes of scenic and challenging golf. The holes are divided into three nines that are named after the features of the landscape: Lakeside, Hillside, and Woodside. The nines are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Hillside/Woodside course features plenty of elevation changes as well as an abundance of hardwoods, mature oaks, and ash trees. More than 100,000 flowers provide a colorful accent to the golf course. Strategically placed bunkers border the undulating greens and there are also a few water hazards coming into play. All three courses provide a challenging round but they are playable for a range of skill levels. It is an excellent place for tournaments. In the past it has been host to the US Amateur Public Links and numerous USGA qualifiers. It is also a good place for juniors with a golf academy and a nine-hole youth links golf course.

Excellent Public Course
Great Course. Challenging but fair, if you haven’t played it, add it to your must play list.
Wet mom’s day
Took advantage of their mom day rates. Course was wet but it still was a joy to play
If you never played it, it’s.a little expensive but a must play
Best greens this year 5/10/2022!
As always, Cantigny is a fantastic time and is maintained immaculately. One thing I noted today- The greens were AWESOME. Despite a lot of rain they were hard and rolling fast (like 12) and true, A+
One of the worst courses in chicagoland area
Fairways are same length as the rough at most courses. If you are going to spend 100+ go play dubs.
Great layout and the course was in very good shape. The Lakeside greens must have very recently been punched as it was very bumpy. It was an enjoyable experience
Waste of money. Course is in terrible condition.
This was a round that I was looking forward to. Beautiful October afternoon. Thought the 115.00 price was high for an afternoon in October but that is demand pricing in the golf industry these days. This course however is in absolutely terrible if not unplayable shops The aeration is dramatic. Especially on Woodside. We never really
putted out because there is actually more sand than grass in the manner that they aerated this nine. Stay away from this course. They will continue to COVID price you until you holld them accountable. There is no course in this area that is in this poor condition.
Please don’t follow up with a canned response about being sorry that you didn’t enjoy the experience. You know how bad it is.

Very nice course. Pretty wet and didn't get much roll on the ball especially near the greens. The foursome in front very slow it took 4 hours and forty five minutes. Still beautiful course and would play again.
Worth it!
First time playing here and it was outstanding. Course was in great condition, pace of play was very fast (4:05), friendly staff, frequent visits from the cart girls and a challenging but fun round (Woodside and Lakeside). 100% will be back.
