Cantigny Golf boasts 27 holes of scenic and challenging golf. The holes are divided into three nines that are named after the features of the landscape: Lakeside, Hillside, and Woodside. The nines are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Hillside/Woodside course features plenty of elevation changes as well as an abundance of hardwoods, mature oaks, and ash trees. More than 100,000 flowers provide a colorful accent to the golf course. Strategically placed bunkers border the undulating greens and there are also a few water hazards coming into play. All three courses provide a challenging round but they are playable for a range of skill levels. It is an excellent place for tournaments. In the past it has been host to the US Amateur Public Links and numerous USGA qualifiers. It is also a good place for juniors with a golf academy and a nine-hole youth links golf course.

The senior price of $125.00 is outrageous. That is not a senior rate on any planet. It is a beautiful complex but the price is too high for the senior player. $89 was a fair price not a penny more.

The pace was very slow waiting almost every shot. The greens were shaggy and slow. Surprising for this course. We got rained out so maybe things may have improved. With Arrowhead nearby, this place better improve pace and conditions.
