Cresta Verde Golf Club

With courses backed up and tee times few and far between, Cresta Verde is the perfect destination for any average golfer to enjoy a day out and shoot a low score. Ive played this course 3-4 times now and its just overall a good/fun course to play.

Course conditions were average at best and their carts were absolutely trash. I had to get two replacement carts during my round because they both died while I was playing. I also get that no coolers were allowed but I felt like that lady running the shop was watching us like a hawk. I wasn’t even trying to sneak anything on the course after she told us to remove our coolers but she made us feel super uncomfortable. It’s safe to say that I will never play this course again even though I live in Corona.

Check in was smooth and easy, friendly female checked us in. Carts were ready and we started on time. pace was good. course in decent shape even with past rain. Some areas were muddy but overall was good. challenging course. Greens were in good shape. Had quite of few maintenance staff tending to course. weather was great and the price was a great value too.

remember it when it was a nice local course to play, fairways need work, dry, dead grass. Needs upkeep...basic layout is nice, green are in good conditions, it is the tee boxes and fairway that need water and seed!

You get what you pay for. Last time here I said I would never play there again, greens were beat up with patches all around. Improved this time though. Will likely play here again because of the cost.

First and probably last time playing. If you drive more than a half hour to get here. It’s probably to far.

Back in the day this course was probably a nice place

The course routing is really nice and elevation changes make it an interesting route. But sadly the condition is not great - fairways were bare. But the greens weren’t too bad. The staff was really nice!

For the high price, I can not say enough horrible things about this golf course. #1: Smoking is allowed #2: people were even smoking pot in the course #3: it took 6 hours to finish 18 holes because it was so backed up. They overbooked this course so badly and have no tee off management #4: fairways were in horrible condition, most were dried out and was like hitting off concrete while several others had big mud holes in the middle of the fairway #5: whoever designed this course was clearly drunk. It made no sense and nearly crossed over each other several times. Some holes tee off with another hole. #6: The course is so hilly that you can't see where your next shot is going or where the party ahead of you is at. Not only did our party get hit several times, we also unintentionally hit the one ahead of us. #7: The course weaves in and out of housing areas and you have to cross major roads at least three times (street crossroads). #8: while the wind is not the course fault, because the course was in such poor condition and the winds were so bad, it was like a dust storm on several holes. I had a layer of dirt stuck to my skin by the time I was done. #9: the club allowed indoor dining and was not following nor enforcing any of the county COVID guidelines. Nobody is as wearing masked, including the front desk and bar staff.

First time playing here and probably won’t return. The course layout is confusing and very tight fairways. Took 6 hours to play 18... multiple groups of 5.

This is a fun layout. The fairways are not great but the greens (except one) were good. The course shows heavy play on the tees. Overall it is playable.

Check in was simple and the guy was helpful, even pointed out where carts were,and directed us to 1st hole. The 2 ladies serving food and drinks ensured area was clean and were very friendly. Vanessa suggested I play there more and I will based on the service level I received

Staff is great and friendly...course layout is good But conditions is really bad...majority of the fairways has no grass hitting off dirt and or hard pan...not rewarded by playing off fairways

Staff was attentive and friendly. Some holes were in great condition others had lots of repair. Some of the greens were a little rough but most were in good shape. I was not disappointed. It’s fairly cheap and I had fun. I will golf here again.

This course is fun, well kept, and reasonably priced. When I want to golf this is my first choice.
