Cresta Verde Golf Club

Check in was easy and fast. Started on time. Many tee boxes are uneven and could use some leveling. Greens were good and fairways in decent shape for being after the summer heat.

Slow group a couple groups in front of us made it a little slower than normal. Took about 4 and a half hours to complete 18 holes. A few backups were on par 3’s. Overall, Good price and decent course.

This is a fun course. The tee boxes were very bare.

The fairways were a mess. BUT the greens were VERY NICE. The pace of play was great!!! Will play here again.

needs work, some tees being rebuilt many chewed up. Fairways are end of summer thin rough is patchy with some bare spots and squirrel holesblind shots and e.evation changes. and diggings. Greens are small some have invasive grass so not very smooth. An interesting layout, a little quirky with some

In my time, we would call Cresta Verde a goat track. From tee to green, you never know what you will get but it probably won't be good. The fairways were in horrible shape. There were more dirt patches then grass at times. Wasn't sure if I should wear my golf shoes or hiking boots. The only saving grace the the greens and the area around them. The greens were in perfect shape and the area around them was also in great shape. Speeds were medium fast and ball rolled true. The grounds crews are working on the tee boxes and that was a positive sign, but many were in extremely bad shape. My only suggestion, only play here if the price is right or you can't get a reservation anywhere else.

Course layout is challenging but needs to be better maintained, especially the fairways and some greens. Overall it was a good course to play for the prize, which included the golf cart.

Poor course conditions, extremely slow pace of play, really unkempt cart paths and tees.

This was my first time on this course, but my boyfriend has golfed the course countless times. We had my 17 year old son with us as well. I thought this was a fun course. Challenging, but not so much that you weren’t always enjoying yourself. Pace was nice. Greens were pretty good. Overall course condition was good as well. Course Marshall was kind and engaging. Zero complaints about the day. I will definitely return.

Lots of cool holes. Lots of ups and downs. Great scenery, but course conditions arent the best but you get what you pay for.

Not too long, but a bit challenging and requires lots of precision shots!

All in all a great course... they keep fairways watered and most of the greens are in good condition.

Everything is not bad but the fairway and bunkers. There are one third of the fairway without grass, but funny thing is all bunkers are growing very good grass without any sands.

Decided 2 days prior that I wanted to go play somewhere, so options were limited, but at least I know now not to waste my time on this course ever again. Tee boxes were awful, fairways were halfway dead or just dirt, and the greens had patches of crabgrass growing all over. The people there were nice and my review has nothing to do with them, but this place is in bad need of some course maintenance or it’s going to wind up like Paradise Knolls.

Norm, the starter guy was great and very accommodating. Norm is a great asset to your course. We drove from OC, and we got to the course an hour early due to no traffic but Norm got us out early so we finished earlier as well which was great , thank you Norm!!!

Greens were punched but was still was ok. Wished people would also take the time to fix the divots on the green. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Nothing good to say about this course except there is no one else playing. May be good for you first ever round.
