Covered Bridge Golf Club

Beautiful course with outstanding scenery. Course has multiple tees for every level of play, and can be extremely difficult from the tips. Highly recommend the course, but do not believe the 4.5 hr to play comments from staff. The first nine took 1:50 minutes complete, and then we found our group sitting at the tenth tee for a long while. It appears that locals come to number 10 whenever they feel like it. There were five groups sitting there when we made the turn, and only one had been in front of us. The others came from the dining area. Total round took 5:05 hrs. No rangers, no staff on course at all. Be aware.

This is a beautiful wide-open course, wide enough for the most part to not hit it straight down the fairway and still be able to get on the green within par. This particular course reminded me of Aruba although there was a whole lot less Sand here. If you like to walk this would be the ideal course although it affords very little shade it is flat for the most part.

My father and I played and were very impressed with the friendly staff and fun course to play that afternoon.

I live in Indy and my father lives in Evansville. We have been looking for a good course half way between us and found this gem. We can't wait to try out the other course now. AWESOME and reasonable

They had a scramble in front of us but overall went pretty smooth. Awesome day and fire deal was a steal.

It is always a treat to play here. Even better at a bargain price.

The day we played was after about 3 days of rain. I expected 90 degree rules at best; or maybe even stay on the cart path. It was a nice surprise when we were told to drive anywhere but be careful around soft areas. The fairways are great. The ball sets up nice. Most of the traps were playable & had been raked nice. The greens are perfect. Most importantly though was the friendliness of the staff. We were met in the parking lot & were taken care of until we were on the first tee.

Very nice course. Have played at very few courses that hold up to the standards of this course. Best public course in this area.

I'm a beginning golfer and have played half a dozen other local courses. This was by far my favorite. GPS-equipped carts, friendly staff, fairways & greens in excellent shape. No rangers whining at us every 20 minutes like at Chariot Run (our group keeps up with pace of play). imo Covered Bridge is by far the best in the area.

For $30 it was a great value. Course is a good challenge that allows you the option of playing different shots and different clubs. Consider the condition of the course to be good especially for the end of August.

Course was in great shape. Pace of play was awesome. Overall great time and I plan on going back soon.

The course was in great condition. There were only 2 negatives. The pace of play was very slow, and there was some sort of party going on behind the clubhouse and they were very loud. Hard to play golf with that going on and you could hear them from all areas of the course. Not real cool from a fairly expensive place like this. Other than that it was fun and the conditions were great.

The layout will make you want to come back. Great greens and tee boxs with the fairways having some issues. The club house is awesome and the view of the course is spectacluar. Played late evening and the place still had people teeing off when we left.

Love the course, in great shape but the price is extremely steep. $85 is too much for a weekend round when you can play chariots run for $65.

Had been 1st time since I played course in over 4 years. Course is player friendly for all ages. I played on women's tees and I had no problem. Course could be intimidating for people with not a lot of playing time. When I was learning after a couple of years we played best ball, went faster and more fun. He was a lot better player and I still had fun. Give it a try. You won't regret it.

the course is in really good shape. It is not as hard as some others in the area, but still challenging.

The course was in excellent shape after major rainfall night before. Beautiful setting and challenging layout. Will definitely play here again.
