Good staff and very helpful. Good course to play and improve my game. The fairways and greens are wide enough to have fun playing golf. Make sure you know where the ball land as the rough side of course are thick enough that finding the ball is a challenge.

All grasses well manicured but as usual most traps in desperate need of attention even if only raking up keep.

I checked in about an hour early and was told we would be called up. No one was called to the tee in 45 minutes, so I checked with the pro shop. He went into the back to ask someone back there something, which is unusual. Then he said for us to go to the first tee. No clue.

The greens were punched almost 9 months ago and STILL have not healed. The recent rain did help, but they were SLOW and BUMPY

This course has many natural features including large oaks lots of wildlife. You can encounter deer everywhetre including next to you tee on the driving range.

Although there was a threat of rain it barely sprinkled. I was given a free bucket of balls much to my suprise and the course was in great shape. Thanks to the friendly staff!!

The fairways are wide. Greens are generous but undulating.
This course has great views.

Played a good game, course allowed me to be consistent. Lost one ball. Greens were fast. Tee boxes in good condition

This course presents some challenges, but overall is one you can score well on. Greens and fairways are in good condition, but the play can be somewhat slow.

Most expensive range in Norh bay off mats at that!. Pro shop sent off five some in front of us. Like the course but the pro shop keeps me away. Over-priced for value.

this is my "home" course as i live about 5 minutes away, and i usually play here 2-3 times a month. this is a fun course to play, and here are some pros & cons:

Pros:
- tee boxes and fairways are well maintained
- greens (while small) are consistent and lean toward 10+ on the stimpmeter; perfectly manicured
- accommodates all skill levels, with 4 sets of tees
- mix of challenging holes, with some easy ones
- easy to get a tee time, good deals found online
- carts have GPS
- mostly flat and on the shorter side, so walking is recommended
- full bar with a good selection of beer

Cons:
- course winds through a residential housing, so there is OB on nearly every hole
- sand in the bunkers is spotty: one hole is fine, the next is rocks/dirt
- low handicappers might find the course a little short, even from the Blues
- no drink cart on course
- pace of play is usually 4+ hours, sometimes 5 depending on day/time
- hole #5 is patently unfair: par 3, 195 from the whites, slightly elevated green, crowned severely. in all the rounds i've played (30+) i've only seen 4 people hit this one.

overall, i think this is a good course for the money.

Oakmont West is my favorite course in the Santa Rosa area. It is typically in very good shape with fast and true greens. You will see deer and sometimes turkeys wandering around the course. Amenities: Driving range, carts with GPS, putting green, snack bar, restaurant, bar and is very walkable. Enjoy your round!

This course was much better than other that sames price range

Challenging executive course in great condition with some nice Par 4 holes. Only dig is there is no range at this course. That is located a few blocks away at the Oakmont West course.

THE COURSE IS BEING RENOVATED WITHOUT NOTIFYING PURCHASER SIX HOLES WERE OUT OF PLAY OR SHORTENED AND THE GREENS WERE TERRIBLE
