About
Ocean City Golf Club boasts 36 holes of championship golf. The Seaside Course opened in 1959 and it was later joined by the Newport Bay Course. Both offer scenic views of the surrounding marshes and bay. Newport Bay is a formidable challenge but it will test your ability to think strategically, not your distance. Strategically placed bunkers come into play and the subtle contours of the landscape were utilized to their full extent. The course is a formidable test but it is player friendly enough to appeal to all skill levels. The golf course also touts some of the most scenic views on the Mid-Atlantic coast, although the surroundings are more Carolinian in feel. Both of Ocean City's courses offer something different. Seaside has a more traditional design but both offer plenty of variety.

The scenery is magnificent.
The course is very scenic and many holes are spectacular . The bugs are horrible and may keep me from playing again.
Great course
We have played this course many times and it is one of our favorites down here in OCMD area. The staff is great, love the course and it has always been in great shape every time we have played. Pace of play was a little slow, but that was due to a tournament, but considering it was not bad. We will be back for many more rounds in the future!
OCGC Place to Play!!!
Have been playing the course for years took some friends there who never played the course and they loved it. Great staff and course was in great shape. Kudos to Buddy and his fine staff at OCGC!!!
Very nice day and beautiful werther. Course was in good shape.
Was playing as 2 and was paired up. Usually don't like that, but other 2 were very nice to play a round of golf with. Course was in great shape and not too crowded to be held up waiting to tee off and shoot.

Course was in good shape, good value. Bunkers were wet and hard packed.
Great Course
I live in the area, so I play the course fairly often. The course as usual was in great shape. The greens were quick this time, which made putting a little more challenging. I always enjoy playing O.C. Golf Club, Seaside or Newport Bay side makes no difference to me. I enjoy both . Although , if you want to play a slightly more challenging course , play the Newport Bay Side.
Classic OC course
Course was in the best shape I have seen. Greens were firm and fast. Fairways were in good condition. Some holes have great water views.
Challenging--with some great Bay views
Good challenge, good mix of difficult and straight holes. Very picturesque and a good bargain from Golf Now. Greens were very quick and hard to hold with approach shots--but ran true.
Newport Bay in Ocean City, MD
Nice course, good layout and fairly forgiving for the average golfer. We played this course in early April so the grass wasn't as green as it will be later this summer. I would like to come back and play this course.
Great Course, Great Staff
Although the weather was not great due to the hard winter. Course was very playable. Staff was great. No doubt it's a great course to play in the Summer
Great Course
Newport Bay is one of my favorites in Ocean City area. The course was just open after a brutal winter and cart-path only. Grass is still dormant. Still, a fun time on a course that can become very challenging when the wind picks up like today. Great value for $$.
better than expected
I play a lot of OC area courses over the years but for some reason have passed this by. The Newport course is excellent and the coastal views are awesome. Good deal and definitely will be back.

Slow play
The course should not take any reqular players if they are hosting multiple outing events. So disappointed with extreme slow pace. Left after 9 holes.
Played Newport Bay side, all I can say is excellent
OC golf courses are always maintained in excellent conditions. I always enjoy playing there, especially 11 via 18 on Newport Bay
Great Scenery
The course was in excellent shape with great water views. Overall the course is very fair with some challenging holes. I would definitely play it again.

Traditional style course opened in 60's. Beautiful water views.

Flat, but nice layout. Four tees to choose from. Sand traps need more sand.
