About
Ocean City Golf Club boasts 36 holes of championship golf. The Seaside Course opened in 1959 and it was later joined by the Newport Bay Course. Both offer scenic views of the surrounding marshes and bay. Newport Bay is a formidable challenge but it will test your ability to think strategically, not your distance. Strategically placed bunkers come into play and the subtle contours of the landscape were utilized to their full extent. The course is a formidable test but it is player friendly enough to appeal to all skill levels. The golf course also touts some of the most scenic views on the Mid-Atlantic coast, although the surroundings are more Carolinian in feel. Both of Ocean City's courses offer something different. Seaside has a more traditional design but both offer plenty of variety.

For.the hot deal.price, excellent
Couldn't be happier with what I paid. Beautiful.view of marsh from almost every hole. Weird layout routing on 3 or 4 holes, taking an iron on tee and then 4 iron to green feels wrong.
Well maintained. If wind was blowing would be a tough course but I didn't have any wind so.it was pretty mundane.
No elevation changes, water in play on maybe 5 holes.
Greens needed work
Tee box and fairways where great but greens showed alot of sign on not repairing ball marks

This is a great course even in the heat. fortunately a breeze was coming off the water.

Great day of golf and beat the heat Steady wind off the water kept the temp very manageable.
Challenging
Course normally includes wind but this day was stronger. Course requires some target golf. More difficult with the wind. Will definitely look to play again.
Hot day to play
Course was in excellent condition. Pace of play not as fast usual due to hot weather.
Great shape, great layout
Great course fairly difficult layout, greens were extremely consistent, overall course condition was fantastic!
Best oc golf
All the Ruark courses are cool, but this course is right there w them. Incredible layout. Fantastic design. Challenging, but worth it. The views are spectacular. Can’t wait to go back. Don’t be mad if you play it and you hit it out of bounds. That’s on you lol
Newport is much better than Seaside, still not great
Some great holes. Conditions are average but not great. Lots of members playing and can take a while to get around.
I think there are many other much better golf courses nearby. I would recommend spending more and getting more than this place.
Nice course. Challenging par 5’s. Would definitely play again
