It’s OK
For a last minute tee time it’s not bad. I wouldn’t recommend going out if your way to play this course. But if your in the area it’s convenient and not expensive.

I liked the layout, but the greens were in horrible condition. They must've just aerated them, but was not made aware of this until we were stepped onto the 1st green. Paid way too much for what we received

Private course? My expectations were low but GD
I booked this round looking for a nice higher quality course in the DC area, but was left very unimpressed. The holes are literally on top of each other, I’m used to playing links golf but there are multiple times where you’re standing on a tee box and you’re in immediate danger. Our group was hit on two different occasions, were almost hit three other times, and in terms of course conditions it was hardly playable. 72 degrees out I know they got rain the day before but it was a muddy sloppy mess. Cart paths weren’t paved well, no nets protecting the houses just out of bounds, and the clubhouse left a lot to be desired. Very hard to believe this is a private country club.

I’ll never play here again
Everything about this club is poor. Terrible clubhouse and the course condition was among the worst I’ve ever played. On top of that the layout is very average. I’ll never play here again. Much better options at all his price point

Great Course for the Price
As a semi-private course, you definitely receive the benefits of free range balls, friendly staff, a course that's in great shape and a quick round. What more could you want around here? Truly thinking about becoming a member because of this. We ended up playing 27 holes in about 4.5 hours. Incredible.

Expected more
Granted it was wet but the course was in average condition. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Clubhouse looks very rundown, definitely doesn’t look like the pics online. Fun to play but likely won’t be back.

Worth your time
This has become one of my favorite courses. The greens are pristine and roll true. This course makes you think about shot selection and while its challenging its still fun. Great warm up facilities with balls included. Walkable, yeah maybe not so much but a little stroll in a golf cart is not so bad. worth you time you will enjoy the round and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Pace of Play + Lack of Staff
Fun course but after only getting through 16 holes in 4 hours and 40 minutes, I left. Course had two groups of five gentlemen in front of us. No course marshal driving around at all and not sure they would have stopped them even if there was a marshal. This will likely be my only time visiting.

Greens were pristine!
National is in great shape for November golf and the greens were in excellent condition. A couple of the tee boxes need a little more attention...

Nice find
Worth playing if you can get on under $60. Clubhouse, parking lot and pro shop have seen better days. Full range, practice area and putting green is well kept and worth checking out. Course was in great shape and pace of play on a weekend was just about 4:10.
