Course well maitained although bunkers could do with more sand . The lay out was very good for average and good golfers and value for money was about right although Orlando is going to lose out if they don't watch their price strategy.

I booked on Golf Now with a prepaid booking thinking that if it rained the course would close. NOT the case. It rained last night and was raining all morning. I called at 8:30 when it was raining. They said the course was open. My tee time was 11:21. Drove to the course while it is still raining. They said the course was open. I tried to get a rain check. They didn't have any. What a way to scam the public!!! So, I am probably out my golf money. No one with authority was there to offer me any kind of refund. Very poor PR.

Practice area was poor with little grass. Tees were horrible. Very little grass, very uneven. Most greens were good enough with some needing attention. Looks like they are expanding some greens as they were marked. Good idea. Layout is very good and interesting. Pleasant staff. Pace of play was good with the odd par 3 backup. Good course for 1st game in 3 months. High winter rate for condition so one has to spend the extra $30.00 for a good course. I still enjoyed my day.

I played this for $50 on a hot deal. Thought the layout was good and conditions were fine for me.

However pace of play was awful. At one point we had 3 groups waiting to tee off. No marshall to be seen anywhere on the course. This to me is part of the reason golf as a whole is less popular. People just aren’t willing to take 5 hours or more to play golf.

Since playing this course two years ago, the conditions has been improved. Better tee-boxes, better fairways and better greens concerning grass. Now remains the bunkers, which needs better sand but also to be raked every day. The training area with driving range would also need an improvement.

Everything about the day was good. There were three of us an we were paired up with a fourth which was fine. Tim from New York was a fun player to have along. The course from tee to greens was a joy to play, since we hadn’t played here for three years because it had gone down hill. We got an early start and hit a couple of drives off the fairway that took a few minutes to find. A twosome was playing behind us, and the starter came up as we were moving to our third shot and said we better pick it up. Not exactly what I needed to here on the first hole. No very professional if I were asked. Never saw a ranger the rest of the round and we played in 3 .5 hrs. Nobody can complain about that pace of play.

In all my years coming to Orlando not sure why I kept missing this course. Perhaps poor reviews of course conditions previous years, however not the case now, course is in very good condition overall for this time of year, excellent. Good track, fair, very fun layout, what you see is what you get. Lots of tee choices and yardages to play from, lots of room off the tee, played a combo gold/blue and was a good mix for a "coolish" but pretty good January day overall, 70f and mostly sunny. Lots to complain about coming from the winter world to the north! Lol Course amenities are run down, sign of the times for most of the mid to lower tiered courses in this day and age of golf. But I've never played a course because of the amenities, is what it is, the course is why you go. I'd recommend this course, go have fun!

The positive: Staff was helpful & friendly. The fairways & greens were in very good condition. Overall, course was good value - (wouldn’t pay more than $50 p/round). Close to ORL airport so convenient location if flying out in the afternoon. Negative: Need serious work on clubhouse, practice facilities/driving range and tee boxes.

Seems like the new management there has made huge improvements in course conditions.

We found the greens to be the best we have seen there than ever.

Greens were in good shape Fairways had a lot of green This course used to have a lot of bare spots in the fairways. And lots of sand in the bunkers , that wasn’t always the case I played this course when it opened in 1986, this was a pristine golf course back then With the work they have put into it it could return to the way it was then. I will definitely be playing here frequently
