Oak Quarry Golf Club

Oak Quarry is a regular stop for my friends and myself. Always love playing this course. There was some tee box maintenance going on on several holes, but otherwise pretty well maintained. The staff, from the pro shop, to the starters, the cart runners, and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I (we) will be back often.

Had a 12:30 p.m. Tee time on a Tuesday. With an incredible hot deal. And the $10 off per round membership through golfnow.com, the price to play this top 100 rated course was only $39! (Get me an attorney: I feel like I got away with murder lol)

Although it was hot, The maintenance staff kept the course in excellent condition and the starter was nice as can be. At the time, the greens may have been overwatered but still ran true.

The course is as beautiful as it is demanding. Beautiful scenery is combined with narrowing, fairways, landing zones, and bonkers to provide a visually appealing layout, but it's still demanding tee shot and approach shot into most greens.

Although the course is best known for the sixth hole and the 16th hole, most holes could be nominated as a signature hole.

Will definitely play again!

The layout has a combination of features that requires strategy, patience, but with room to rip it off the tee on several holes. It was a lot of fun. The snack shop was closed on the course which was inconvenient on a hot day and in need of liquids. The off course restaurant was in nice condition, but no options for different diet needs.

Great Course. General maintenance at the course was very good. Tee boxes in good shape. Fairways in good shape. Greens in good shape. When you pay $150 to play a new course, you have an expectation in your head as to the aesthetics and experience as well as the course layout. I was very satisfied with the price and experience and I will definitely play this course again. The only thing I thought odd was that there is no clubhouse turn. You leave the clubhouse at the first tee and see it again when you finish the 18th. There was some sort of food shack approximately half way through the round but it was closed. We teed off at 5:50 a.m. so that isn't that surprising. Nevertheless, great course and I will play again. Just remember to bring food/snacks if you tee off that early. Also, the staff were excellent. One of the more friendly and helpful staff that I've run into at courses. Well done.

The course layout is worse I have played. You do not pass the club house at the turn, no cart staff bringing beverages. Then outhouse has closed concession stand with a bathroom luckily. Don't worry you get ice and and nice golf cart. Watch you back driving on the uneven pavement.

Would not go back. Go check out goose creek 10x the golfing experience for less...

Overall all layout was pretty good very similar to Hidden valley. Bunkers were bit challeging.

Green conditions really bad bumpy holes punched and no advanced notification regarding on aerification still paid for the full price

I would not come back to play I would rather play at Hidden Valley for better green fees

I have always enjoyed playing this course and it has always been one of my favorites. The greens and fairways are always in good condition and the course is challenging but fun. They reconfigured the holes which both makes sense and yet adds more unnecessary driving I feel. The prices finally dropped to where I feel they should be which is why I elected to play here again. Great value for what you pay.

Really unique course set on the side of the foothills with a.variety of interesting and potential “ signature “ holes. Spectacular views everywhere. Course in very good condition for late summer. Greens good pace ,smooth and ran true. ( a shame people so disrespectful; must’ve repaired 3-4 ball marks beside my own on every home) Surprisingly a bit slow for 7:30 on a Monday morning. Overall a very enjoyable golf experience

Only negative is the hole locations changed and tgey haven't replaced the marketers, temporary markers are beat up or missing. I had 4 groups ask me directions to the next hole.

Nice golf course.

Was a very hot day and there were no beverage carts on the course. There was a change of layout of holes that were not clearly.define on the course.

But was an enjoyable course.

one of the nicest and well maintained golf course in riverside country. Had a good time playing under a hot sunny day. One suggestion, please setup a water refill station(s) on the course for the players or have a sign to fill up water before playing.
