Oak Quarry Golf Club

one of the nicest and well maintained golf course in riverside country. Had a good time playing under a hot sunny day. One suggestion, please setup a water refill station(s) on the course for the players or have a sign to fill up water before playing.

Oak Quarry is a great course to play. Many beautiful back drops and picturesque holes. A must play. Course is in great shape for time of year. This course has a lot of tough holes that require some good driving placement to green. The pace of play was great too! bring your camera and your B+ game at least.

Nice layout. Golf was good. Scored an 80.

Fairly well maintained, the front nine more so than the back nine. Pace of play reasonable. Greens in good condition.

Carts in good condition and GPS good. Driving range fine Some hole signage damaged or wrong hole displayed (must have been some change in course layout).

The fee was too pricey and not supported by clubhouse and amenities . I was not advised of a senior rate. The eating area tied in with the pro shop seemed average and dated. Neither area was inviting and did not deliver a comfortable ambiance or upscale clubhouse feel.

It was a hot day, close to 100 and no cart service on-course. Nothing until the food/drink shop around the 14th.

Granted, I played the course on a weekend but $168/round did not deliver a good value overall. I would not play the course again at this price based on current amenities and overall experience. After a round I enjoy spending time in the clubhouse, having a bite to eat and sometimes drink, going over the round and generally catching up with playing buddies, and planning the next get together. This we did not do here.

However, the potential here is excellent so, I’ll check back occasionally.

Oak Quarry is such a beautiful course with a good layout and good pace if play. We got to the course an hour before our tee time hoping to practice but the driving range was unfortunately closed for the day. Overall the experience was very pleasant. We would definitely return!

Beautiful course, and the right amount of challenge. Greens were pretty fast, but do able.

If I'm nitpicking, my only constructive feedback is the hole markers were confusing i.e. hole 14 marked as hole 10. Also, isn't this an old marble quarry? would be really cool if they used marble for the hole markers and the tee box markers.

AVOID!! Finished in 5 hours and 45 minutes. Called pro shop after 6 holes when 2 hours had gone by. Their excuse? “We have too many players on the course.” Ummm…shouldn’t you control that? Pay attention to the tee times, they’re sending groups out every 8 minutes. That’s way too aggressive and this course does not play fast, not to mention the high handicap golfers playing the blues.

No water stations on the course, no cart girl, hole signs used to be beautiful rock monuments now they’re cheap plastic that looks like they haven’t been replaced in years. It’s so sad, this used to be a beautiful course. But the management is totally lacking. Recommend you avoid until at least the tee times are more spread out.
