Oak Quarry Golf Club

The track is great and a beautiful course. My low review is based solely on the issue of no cart service and the snack shack on the 11th was closed. This course doesn’t circle you back to the clubhouse after the front 9 where we can re-fuel. There was no water stations anywhere in the course to hydrate This made the round difficult and our foursome was out of energy and we all ran out of steam and played horribly. This location gets quite hot in the afternoon and not having food or drink at any point of the round is unacceptable.

Most of the fairways are reasonably wide but don't miss. It is built into the hills so the ball will be lost easily. Greens are in good shape and the scenery is beautiful. Pace of play was a bit slow. It is an out and back course with a shack after hole 11. Well worth the green fees.

This is my favorite local track by far but unfortunately, rate increases have prevented me from playing there more often. The greens were nice and fairways were decent but there were far too many patchy spots in various places. This is definitely a course that you have to have on your bucket list though.

I Play here often and last time in June it was firing. Lush conditions. I brought out a couple guys which was there 1st time playing it And was embarrassed for 175$

Greens needed a haircut bad and the boxes were hammered. Fairways were ok some burnt areas and a lot of collars around the green were struggling. Trap renovations were scattered and hurting.

This is definitely not worth 175$

They should be ashamed charging that.

The course is very nice but the pace of play, the amount of bunkers under repair were not worth the green fees. With the Marshall’s comment that it’s a Saturday and expected to be slow will likely deter us from returning.

Yesterday was the first time playing Oak Quarry (6:08am), and although it is off the beaten path in terms of relative location to most of Southern California's other excellent courses, it is definitely worth the trip! The course is very well-maintained and has a challenging but somewhat forgiving design to make for a fun round. Elevation changes, quick and consistent greens, and Oak Quarry's unique blend of nature, golf, and the Jensen Quarry are present on every hole; especially the Par 4 6th and the Signature Par 3 16th. Take lots of photos!

The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of their game as well!

Although I did not use the practice facilities (6am tee time), they look top-notch.

The course may be on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but it is worth the drive and the money for sure!

Like the title says... Course is beautiful but it's pretty challenging. Overall great place to play. On the more expensive side... But you get a beautiful course that's well worth it.

The course is in fantastic shape! Staff is welcoming, food was excellent, and golf carts are comfortable with accurate GPS.

The greens were immaculate, very fast but fair, and they are receptive on approach shots. This is a challenging course. Visually intimidating tee shots but when you get out to the fairway you realize that there’s actually a lot of space out there, lol. It gets windy in the afternoon which makes shot selection on approach shots to elevated greens tricky but enjoyable. Great views while on the course. Lots of bunkers but the sand traps are very well maintained. Sand is very soft, ball can plug on wedge approach shots but all the bunkers I found were very consistent which is all you can ask for. Great job by the super and grounds crew, very professional staff! Highly recommended, will definitely play again.

Had a great time playing this course! Very well maintained green’s, fairway and T boxes and staff was great! Carts have GPS so helped speed things up.
