Oak Quarry Golf Club

We had a great time playing the course. Rolled into the clubhouse for a beer and a burger, closed! When you spend decent money to play a course you expect certain amenities. Dry ball washers was another annoyance. There is no way I’ll spend $200 to play here knowing that the bar/grill will be closed after my round. I’ll reserve this course for those -$100 deals on GN.

I love this course. It’s fantastically beautiful. And very challenging. Everyone who works there is really nice and helpful. The pace of play was messed up though and we could have used a Marshall out there. I saw him only once. That’s my only complaint. I golf in Carmel and Monterey and Oak Quarry is just as good. A real bonus for us Inland Empire golfers.

Greeens a little rough but I guess it’s normal for the time of year. Same with the fairways shouldn’t be more then $100 right now.

I called in the morning and was told about the frost delay and was told “we sent everybody out to shotgun and now we’re on time. “ However, we got there an hour and a half later and we needed to wait 40 minutes for our tee time!!

We finished in the dark.

I didn’t see a Marshall one time, and, although the foursome in front of us was keeping up with the ones preceding them, a little Marshall presence never hurts to remind folks to “keep the pace!”

That being said, love your course and we’ll definitely be back!

Tee time was at 7:12 and we didn’t get going until around 7:35. When I tried to ask the Marshall how we were behind already he said “it’s only 5 minutes we’re fine”. Guy never moved from his golf cart outside of the pro shop. Course was great but pace of play needs improvement.

So I've played here countless times, and I think that's done with. I come here because the course is absolutely awesome, and I always come back thinking the pace of play would be faster. However, somehow the pace is NEVER faster than 5 hours. I've played once as a twosome at 7:30 and the course was still, somehow, backed up. I'm not sure how this issue is so consistent, it's not that hard to figure out, you have gps on all the carts, I know they can see the pace time, it's ridiculous. Also, any course that charges over $100 should have free range balls, especially if that course averages 200+ golfers a day, that's 33k in golf alone, throw in some dam range balls

I’ve played this course over 100 times and still one of my favorite courses in the area. The course is great but does need work, bunkers are all hard dirt and rocks. Fees are double/triple than pre Covid-19 but conditions have not improved. Time to finish round is ridiculous, over 5 hours because it seems like they open up more tee times between tee times once they booked, this market rate pricing is ridiculous too. It’s a great course but please spread out the tee times a bit more and please use the extra fees you are charging to improve the course, yes water is scarce but you can still clean up the bunkers nicely, not just the ones around the clubhouse.

Greens and tees were in the best shape I’d seen in a long time. Staff was great. Had lunch there after the round . Food and service was tops!

It was almost a 5 hour round. Not a mash all in site today speed up play. But other than that- I’d definitely olay again. Just would plan better for timing.

For the money course and amenities could step up their game here. Players play but course just seem to want money not treat the players like they should.

Don’t expect to get a full round in if you are booking in the afternoon. They “claim” the marshal is out but I’ve yet to ever see one. The course is great. They just have no regard for pace of play and schedule tee times too close to one another
