Oak Quarry Golf Club

Took a golf trip out to California with buddies and this course was the best out of 5 courses we have visited. Course layout was beautiful. Course conditions were excellent. Only disappointing thig was that greens were very slow. Slowest out of all which made a very difficult putting game.

The greens were horrible. Bumpy. No overseed. Its all you get.

Payed for 18 holes. Barely made it through 12 holes. Every single Tee box was stacked up. They book too many groups. It was horrible. Sitting for 10-15 minutes at every hole. Never felt like I got loose. Had to warm up for every drive. The course is in a beautiful spot, but it was an excruciating experience waiting so long at every hole. I will not return.

They let a group of 7 go out. I called into the club house to complain and they just said ok. I wasn’t able to finish my round. There were 3 groups on each tee box waiting.

No cart girl and the clubhouse is only next to the 1st and 18th so bring some drinks in your bad. I will never come back here terrible experience. Rude staff

Third time I have played here. Expensive for me but if you want to splurge on a course this is a great choice.

I always love playing here. I’ve played here in the Sun, Rain, Wind, and now Snow.

I look forward to playing, again. The course was extremely challenging, as there are a lot of blind holes. Fortunately, the cart GPS gave us an idea of the hole layout. Even so, had to dash ahead, sometimes, to get a look of where we were hitting to.

Due to a change in hole number layout, it was very confusing to figure out where to go from hole to hole. . Also, it resulted in my watch GPS being confused as to what hole we were on. It would help tremendously if the pro-shop had a seperate printout that indicates the hole number on the card that corresponds to hole number on your GPS watch. As an example, we started on what was marked as hole #17, then moved onto #18, then had to figure out where the next hole is, apparently what used to be hole #1 is. This is not a new problem and should have been resolved by now.

This has always been a go to course. However, the greens were the worst I've ever played there, which was a bummer since I brought two friends that have never played there but heard all about it. Hopefully it was a fluke because generally they are great. I would still reccomend this course, but during the week when the price tag is half that of the weekend.

This is a fantastic golf course with a great layout but the pace of play is terrible five hours and 15 minutes today they also have no cart selling beverages you’re in the middle of the desert you would think that they would have water or something available but not until the 12th hole

As always, great layout, even with the change in hole order. Unfortunately, dormant fairways were over-watered making approach shots tougher than they needed to be. Pace was okay but waited on every shot - behind threesome that should not be on a golf course.

The layout is amazing and the views are even better. The fairways are Bermuda grass so they are dormant but still nice. Bunkers that had been redone were great others were waiting for there turn for some love. Greens were slow soft and bumpy and would hope that’s not the norm. Definitely worth playing for a fair price.

Thoroughly enjoyed playing this course even though it was very windy. Fairways could be greener but greens were nice. Layout was great…lots of different holes with varying slopes meandering through the quarry of rocks. Will definitely play again.

After reading so many negative reviews we were having second thoughts about playing this course. However, the reservation was already made, so we decided to give it a try and we are ao glad that we did. The course was so beautiful, and we didn't have to wait at all to play. We were paired up with another couple and were able to finish in a little more than 4 hours.

Green speed, teebox, fairway and even the bunkers weren't too bad. I will definitely play this course again when I am in town.
