Oak Quarry Golf Club

Second time trying to play this course and both times we teed off 20-30 mins behind schedule. Starter just lets groups pile on the first, doesn't offer any help to speed things up. Turned out two groups in front of us had booked later tee times but the starter told them to get in line. Then, they book tee times 7-8 mins apart. I mean, charging over 100 bucks for twilight and you still try to cram in as many tee times. They dont seem to care about the players only the profits. Other that that, it took 4 hours to play 12 holes. The course itself is fun, nice greens, bunkers need work. Fairways are dormant so expect winter conditions. If you do want to play, do it before 12noon otherwise you wont finish at least not until daylight saving. I would recommend other IE courses for the money (Goose is worth is, Eagle Glen is you want the same elevation changes)

Wind was howling and the greens were due a tighter cut, but the this is a great course and the views are amazing when there is snow on the surrounding mountains. Always have a great time out here - this would be an every week course if I lived closer. Cheers.

This course was in amazing shape even if it was the winter conditions it was still pure I played the black tees and this course tested EVERY PART OF MY GAME well done oak quarry well done all I can say is bring extra Balls

My first time playing Oak Quarry. The staff were very nice. The front nine is narrow and challenging. The back more wide open and beautiful. I recommend playing here!.

How come some players play at black tee with their driver distance less than 150 yds. It made behind groups delayed 5 mins at least every hole but no marshal showed up. And delay also was caused by over bookings. Fairway was good condition but green was so slow.

I was not expecting the conditions of the fairways to be brownish due to dormat grass. Based on the green fee for this high end course, I was expecting better fairway conditions. Pace of play was 5.5 hours. Very frustrating. Staff was great. Greens were good.

The cost of the green fees is way too much for the condition of the fairways. I enjoy the layout but I can play Pelican Hills in Newport Beach at a similar rate with a much better experience. I believe you are over pricing the quality of the course. Especially, during these past two years when golf courses have experienced huge revenues due to the pandemic and more people playing golf. You are gouging the same people who support your business.

Pace of play was VERY slow. Not worth the money to take 6+ hours for the round. Hope they address that as it’s a very nice course.

I’ve been here before during summer/fall when the sun has dried out the fairways and tee boxes- but that is to be expected. Recently, I played it on 12/18 and the grass was all filled in very nicely! The greens were rolling a little slower than I remember but they were in good shape. Play was a little slow, but nothing out of the ordinary. I like that they changed the starting hole- that reorganization helped the early flow of the round.

I was not happy since the change in holes have not been updated on electronics in order to keep score, very confusing!!!

3.5 hours to play 9 hole ,, no Marshall , started at 12.15 never got to finish ,, I ask for the manager he was gone, very disappointing

Best course I ever played . Greens perfection. Pace perfect challenging but fair
